Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for this video, it's just perfect for us. I've subscribed to your video for a while now and I enjoy every bit of it. My wife just secured admission (For September 2023) to Salford University and as a Manchester United fan, that's the best news ever. Your video just clarified it since I thought I would be living in the backyard of Old Trafford Stadium. We currently live in Kazakhstan, I am a UX/UI designer and I just feel there are better things to come if we make the move.
Awww, congratulations. So happy for you. Indeed there are better things to come with hard work and dedication if you move to the UK. 🤍
@@pathwayuk Thank you, I just watched your video about the cost of living in Manchester too. I have bookmarked your landlord's site. I hope to get a nice place to stay hopefully before we land. Please keep up the great work. I followed your Instagram accounts earlier this morning.
Congrats for making that move! Good to hear that your wife has secured a placement at Salford. All the best to you and your family, champ!

When you say you moved to Manchester, what areas do you mean? Always assumed it was all in Manchester. I also live in Eccles, Salford btw
Eccles is a town in the City of Salford in Greater Manchester, England.
I live in Charlestown. Charlestown is a ward in the suburban north of the city of Manchester in Greater Manchester, England.
There is Greater Manchester as a County and the city of Manchester as a borough in Greater Manchester.
Greater Manchester comprises ten metropolitan boroughs: Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, and Wigan.
I hope this answers your question.

How many students can live in a apartment?
A house
The number of students who can legally live in an apartment in the UK can vary based on several factors, including local regulations, the apartment's size, and the tenancy agreement's specific terms. There is no fixed nationwide rule on the number of students that can live in an apartment, as it often depends on the local housing regulations and the specific rules set by the landlord or property management.
Local councils and housing authorities may have regulations or guidelines stipulating occupancy limits based on the number of bedrooms, square footage, and safety considerations. Landlords and property managers may also have their own policies on maximum occupancy to ensure the comfort and safety of the tenants.
If you're a student looking to rent an apartment, you'll need to review the tenancy agreement terms and discuss any occupancy limits with the landlord or property management. Also, you can check with your university's housing department or local housing authority for guidance on occupancy limits and regulations specific to your area.
Remember that apartment overcrowding can lead to safety and comfort issues, so adhering to legal and practical occupancy limits is vital to ensure a safe and enjoyable living environment.
