I recently started taking Pro Plus and after about 2 weeks started to break out from too much Progesterone. I'm not allergic to the oils at all because I was putting 2 drops on my forearm daily but the rash was on my stomach. I started getting a big splotchy rash all over my stomach and had to stop taking it unfortunately. I love pro plus (and obviously it works if my body was reacting to it!) but just be cautious to some of you who may not need more hormonal support and could react from it!
I also broke out from this and made my skin so much more oily. I don't agree that every woman needs this. It's best to get levels tested especially when it comes to hormones.
If you have hypothyroidism/PCOS, would Progessence Plus help or harm any progress I've been trying to make towards balancing out my testosterone and thyroid?
if a women has had hormone based cancer and can not use hormone based products can this be used? isn't progesterone a hormone ? I would think know this is off the table for me

I started taking it again about a month ago and am breaking out again. Not as bad as before but my skin is a lot greasier. Are these signs that I may not need it or that I am using too much? I am a 60 year old woman that has stopped taking estrogen. My doctor wants me to take specifically progesterone. I asked her if it was a synthetic and she said no. I have been using progessence plus. Still having night hot flashes. Having a lot of issues. My doctor said I need to be taking the progesterone. Can I get it under control with out it?
you keep saying wild yam complex. I think it is wild yam extract. Wild Yam Complex contains Wild Yam, Black Cohosh, Shatavari, Korean Ginseng, St John's Wort and Sage.
We have a special needs daughter 43 yrs old. Complete hysterectomy a year ago. You take it once or twice a day...was not clear on that . And I understand the woman does not have to take off a few days? you can take everyday?
I hope you are correct. I have been trying to reduce a fibroid. My husband and I have been following Eat to Live more for his kidneys so I hope this helps my fibroid too!

Endoflex is an EO for supporting Thyroid and Adrenals...it doesn't help with Progesterone...so you could do these together.

Yes you can! You need to watch your supply just like with any other supplement, but it's awesome!

Yes and change your diet.....that's the biggest issue for fibroids. If you stop eating meat for 30 days they will shrink on their own.
