Flexible Press Feeding Line, from coil.
Our solutions use standard cartridge tools, when required we can adapt big size dies, even using some existing tools.
Flexible coil punching does the same job as turret punch pres. High accuracy, positioning by servo motors.
Coil details, up to 35 tons, width till 1600 mm, thickness up to 6 mm!
Line can be used as Cut to length line,
One coil can contain 2000 meters of material which can be processed, non-stop, with very limited scrap level.
