SOLAR PROFILES FORMING SOLUTIO S WITH FLEXIBLE PUNCHING PRESS

Roll forming line for the production of Solar profipes such as “C” and “U” profiles with different hole punchings depending on the profile model. These punches are made with a servo press, inside which all the necessary tools are installed for automatic changes performed via the control panel. No need for manual die change.
The duplex roll forming machine also allows you to automatically change the line to make adjustments to the heights and widths of profiles. Z ( thickness ) change is also possible by automation!
Changing on type and dimensions by NC and PLC.
The line is composed, among other stations, of:
Decoiler
Straightener - Servo feeder
Servo press
Nc type roll former ( Z - thickness change is also possible - which is optional)
Length cutting system using flying shear.
