I have watched quite a few first aid kit videos lately most of them were quite comprehensive but the most common thing they had in common was that they all had some form of medication such as pain killer and anti inflationary and so on

Tip for expiery: Always check every 6 months, or if you have alot, every 3 months.
Another tip: these are NOT first aid kits. This is for boo-boos.
