      Early morning i am starting my day with 2 bottles of water slowly i will drink till 8 .. then i will give some gap and i will have fresh mixed vegetable juice n 10 O clock i am having 2 rotis n curry ... then again by 6 my dinner will be closed with 2 apples or whatever fruit is available also 1 roti n veg salad
