- In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how make A Hand Painted Cake in the easiest way! For this design, I utilized a mesh stencil by @EvilCakeGeniusChannel to make the outline and paint it, almost like a paint by numbers painting using gel food coloring and Everclear as my paint!

Just wondering how you make the painting colour with alcohol and gel colour?
Yes, just add enough alcohol to a tiny bit of food coloring. You can always add more or layer it up to get a deeper color;)
WOW! So elegant and you make it look so easy! My hands are not real steady either so I don't even try writing on cakes and I have trouble with fondant; I love the clean look but my hands aren't the best to work with it. Do you think making just the single fondant stained-glass panel and the rest in buttercream would work? TY!😊
