We mainly monitor all man wan links and all routers , switches, firewalls. Can we use this?..
Even for normal bandwidth or discards, cpu usage error we will get an automatic generated ticket we need to close many in a shift. Can we effectively use this..??
Maintenance, the people who are going to upgrade they don't put devices in maintenance mode in monitoring tools it's a bit complex to do.. so we get many tickets during those periods.. can we mute multiple devices ??
