i was experiencing wrist pain while doing my bench sets. i looked up how to get rid of it and this video was the first to pop up. i did the rest of my sets and i felt no pain at all once i changed my hand placement the way you instructed. thank you.
This helps so much. I never had problems with the elbows flaring but holding the bar was an issue that didn’t cause pain, but took away a lot of power I could have had
I reached a 100kg bench within 4ish months of starting gym but, severly, injured my wrists during this. I wish i watched this before... Ty so much amazing info

I’ve been dealing with wrist pain for about a year and I notice when I max out my wrist would hurt after a while of bench pressing I wear wrist wraps all the time when training chest and they help I just need the 30 inch wrist wraps for better grip

So I have been doing it this way for a while even before I saw this and this caused me tendinitis in my wrist and kinda destroyed my thumb.
