God, he’s such an incredible salesman. Obviously street performing is going to have people pulling their phones out to record at random intervals so he never fails to be sure to get his name in every few bars so people recording don’t get clips without his name. So when they post it or wanna look him up later, boom.

It's not about that. Saying your own name is a classic move in freestyle because it's a free pass of known repetitive words you get a small tiny break of time so it's a good move to do when you're thinking of more rhymes on the spot and you can also rhyme the next rhyme with your name. It's part of the strategy. This guys is actually unreal. So good.

People hate on him for saying harry Mack all the time and one time. Using filler words. Every freestyle uses filler words it's just how it's done. You notice it more with Harry Mack because he freestyles for so long

It's not even JUST word fillers lol. People are recording it, so when they share it on social media they instantly know who he is. Especially since (for example) Instagram only allows up to 1 minute videos, if he says it more than once a minute they still know who he is!

Like if you watch his older videos, there's one where he's freestyling by himself in the car and he still uses his name as a filler; which sort of goes against the whole insta/snapchat thing. Thanks for showing me Logic, yeah he is incredibly talented. I ended up watching a lot of his videos. I will say though that I think when it comes to freestyles, I have to agree with ConsoleMustardRace on this one. I'm taking nothing away from Logic, but this guy is on a different planet when it comes to making shit up on the fly.
Let me reiterate that last bit. I believe there is different types of freestyling. To have the ability to just look at your surroundings and freestyle off that, which has a total randomness to it.. It's a rare talent. Not to mention he can do this while speed rapping. Its sort of mesmerizing to watch.
Anyways, just my 2 cents, I enjoyed watching Logic though. Both are very talented, but I have to side with Console. I'm sure logic has his strengths as well over Harry Mack. I will say though, coming from someone that can also solve a rubix cube. Once you get down the algorithms, you can solve a cube with just memory reflexes. It sounds complicating but its not, cube solvers can relate to what I'm saying. Still watching someone freestyle while solving a rubix cube is still pretty cool!
Jason W Yeah I agree. Logic is a great artist but so far I have not seen him freestyle like Harry Mack. I feel Logic can spit mostly from writtens and maybe freestyle a couple of bars after spitting a written which is alright but not like Harry Mack who is a more advanced freestyler.
I kinda like Logic more,but to each their own.
Anyway,if you liked Logic,check out Astro on Sway and lil dicky,those are awesome freestyles.

I heard a Twista song and in my head I was like don't do it homie, it's too fast for a good freestyle. He killed it, it's one thing to rap like that on a slow beat it's another to do it like that, crazy. Shout out Twista he was my favorite rapper for a long time, Adrenaline Rush a classic.

It’s so cool to come back to this video which I thought at the time was the greatest freestyle I’d ever heard. Compare that to the content he’s currently putting out….. he’s literally gotten eons better which I still can’t comprehend how is even possible.
