When I was in 2nd grade,, I had a very special best friend. Let's call her Hailey. Hailey and I became friends when she was new to my school. We were very close and we met everyday behind a section of bushes. Only we knew that place and we used to play there daily making stuff with plants and everything. We already planned what we would do in third grade and suddenly I had to move because of business issues in my family. You will not know the pain we both had to experience knowing that all of our plans for next year weren't gonna be happening together. We were very close and we met everyday behind a section of bushes. Only we knew that place and we used to play there daily making stuff with plants and everything. We already planned what we would do in third grade and suddenly I had to move because of business issues in my family. You will not know the pain we both had to experience knowing that all of our plans for next year weren't gonna be happening together. Watching this video really brought tears to my eyes, this was like replaying my past with Hailey.

on May 1st 2022 i left my best friend of 8 years by moving to another state. we have known each other since we were 3 years old and for 4 years we were next-door neighbors. all the memories i have of knocking on each others doors and being able to hangout everyday are probably the best memories i had. when i was 6 years old my dad put a ladder on each side of the wall that separated our backyards. at that point we felt comfortable walking into each others houses from the backyard 😂. since i moved i have visited twice and she has visited once. i get to see her again in february!! i am so grateful that i still get to see her because after reading a lot of these comments i really imagined how i could live without seeing her.

Me and my childhood friend separated to different countries when we were 12. I only got to see him again when I was 16, and we picked up right where we left off. It was magical. Sadly, it was only for 2-3 weeks.
Fast forward to this year (I am 18 now). While playing a game, I remembered that I had seen him play it when we met. I contact him and ask him if he still plays. He says yes.
We have been playing together nearly everyday for months, or at least once or twice a week. Happy ending🥰

When I used to live in California, I had a best friend for 8 years but then covid hit we had to go digital, we started talking less and less since we didn’t get to see each other personally everyday. We had a reunion at the end of the year since it was the end of my sixth grade year and thats how far the school taught to. We saw each other and stayed together but it was so awkward and we barely talked and I felt so bad. Later that year I moved. I follow her on social media and she follows me back and I try to text her regularly to keep up the friendship. This video made me realize how much I miss her.
