Hi sir, I have purchased Skoda Kushaq 28th Dec 2023 It has come with CEAT tyres 205/55R17 SecuraDrive My front right tyre has bursted from side wall, due to a pothole CEAT and Skoda both have not helped in any way with claiming the tyre. Please help!
@@CarYaar SKODA told me to contact CEAT, I contacted CEAT and here is what followed Claim 1 Went to authorized CEAT dealer and tried processing the claim, but it went unsuccessful Claim 2 Contacted CEAT support and they asked me to register my warranty for the tires, after registering the warranty, I went back to the CEAT authorized dealer and it failed again Claim 3 - ongoing process I took the tire back from the authorized dealer and I attempted claiming myself. after a couple of days I called CEAT customer care and they said the claim did not go through since the warranty is not there, although I already have issued for my warranty. They gave me a number of some local coordinator, but he was also useless. So then I asked CEAT support to give the number of any senior, I have contacted the senior and he has asked me to go to a shop where the claim should be approved. Let’s see how it goes .
Sir meri audi 1year 2months old hai … mene extended warranty bhi le rakhi hai …. Aur tyre me bubble aagaya hai mene company me baat kra to vo bole ki insurance me baat kro isko manufacturing defect me ni le paayenge. But meri car 5200km hi chali hui hai… please help me

Sir mere pass Marti spresso car hai jo 1jan23 ko liya hu aur 26dec23 ko tier blast ya cut lg gyi to kya muze nya tier milega MRP company ki tier hai new car me 1year hi huwa hai abhi
Blast & cut ke case me to mushkil hai kyun ki blast maximum high air pressure ke karan hota and cut to driving mistakes ke karan lagte hain... Fir v agar aap recommend tyre pressure rakhte the to fir aapko service center me ek baar baat kr k zaroor dekhna chahiye...

Aapke pass jis bhi company ka tyre h uske Authorized shop me puchhiye kyun ki unauthorized shop wale to direct mna hi kr denge aur har company ka alag alag rules rahta h iss liye yahan btana thoda mushkil h

Please let me know, what SKODA & CEAT people told you? You complaint skoda or Directly CEAT for it??

Company fitted tyre की कोई warranty नहीं होती है.. After market किसी दुकान से टायर लेंगे तो warranty मिलेगी

Manufacturing defect se cut lagega to hoga, agar road and driver ki galti ke karan cut lagega to nhi replace hoga

I got Bubble on my 6 months old Maruti Dzire Apollo tyre.
Contact your service centre.. claim for the tyres.. they will do the needful..
