What I believe she's saying is that someone doing some good things doesn't nullify the bad that they do, and that the commenter's non-veganism is significantly immoral in her view and that they may be an overall bad person who has some good traits. The example she brought up doesn't work if you actually see Hitler as a good person and don't think he did anything wrong. I think she brings him up because he's an example of someone who most people know of, and who most people think was very immoral.

That Vegan Teacher is easily one of the most annoying people out there, there is also lots of times where she has called out other people for making a point towards her.
Yet again that’s the entire point of this video but when people comment towards her and she’s reacting to it in videos, it makes her an easy target to troll her.

me and my family have chickens they are free range most of the time of the day but even then we have a nice enclosure for them not some cage where they can barely move but they lay eggs and eat them and my sister who is vegan will eat the eggs that we have sometimes bc they are farm fresh and know where they come from so i dont think its bad
