A technique im trying atm is what i call "flip the script", since i cant get my SP off my mind.
Instead of thinking, "i can't stop missing her", i say "she cant stop missing me" thats why shes on my mind.

So one day, instead of being upset because I knew she wouldn’t call, I said to myself, she’s going to call when she is ready. She wants to, just needs time. How to Change Your Specific Person.?
How to manifest the verison of your sp.?
* As you know your outer reality is moulded by your inner reality.
* Your inner, your beliefs, assumptions, thoughts, feelings dictates what appears in the outer reality.
* It includes other people.
So your beliefs, thoughts and feelings assumptions about other people and who you expect that other person to be is who they are gonna show up for you.
* Its gonna depend on how impressed your subconsious mind your current version of your specific person is.
* you can choose whatevr you want example.
+ Maybe you want to shift tiny little thing about your sp.
+ Maybe you want the version of your sp who they were when you first started dating .
+ Maybe you want to change a lot about your sp.
You can do this too.
* The way your gonna shift who your sp is through by your own beliefs, assumptions and expectations of who they are..
-------------------------------------------
EXAMPLE
* when you and your sp first started dating you.
+ he/ she was totally in love with you.
+ Pursuing you.
+ Coming after you.
+ Totally into you.
* so as time went on your sp started distancing from you.go away and not be so into you anymore.not as attracted to you.
* so here you want a old version of your sp back.
* So the way to do this Included 2 steps.
1.) YOU HAVE TO FOCUS ON THE VERSION OF THE SP YOU WANT.
you have to create and remember that version of your sp.
2.) YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR FOCUS OFF WHO THEY ARE SHOWING UP AS NOW.
* These two steps happen simultaneously.
* You need to create this inner experience that your sp is the one way and this one way only.
* The way you create this is you focus on them being very specific way.
* The Focus Is.
+ They are into me.
+ They are pursuing me.
+ They can't get enough of me.
+ They are smitten by me.
+ They are coming in.
+ They are totally drawn to me.
+ They are attracted to me.
+ They want to be with me.
* If you have your sp being this way you can use these memories to conjure that inner state within .
* Go back to the time and remember when they were into you, pursued you, madly in love with you.
* This is gonna bring up the inner felt experinece and feeling when your dynamic was very much that way.
*You must practice this inner state more and more.
* As you do this daily you will dissolve the unwanted or other saturated feelings.
* You dissolve the current reality.
* These two step go hand in hand. Cause your focus is off from current to your inner reality.
* This is how you can change your sp.

* This can be used any way you want to change your sp.
* it takes only two things to do.
* Its through your inner imagination and old memories you create
* Most important dont reacte to your current version of your sp just focus on your inner reality.
* Just believe your inner version of sp is the truth.
* when you know it the truth you will only focus whats within
* and you will see the glimpses in your outer reality your sp changing. New version created by you.
* and when you see it in your outer reality you can use it to speed up your manifestation.
* So when you see your sp do small things that are the example of the change .
+They can say something sweet to you.
+ Starting to call you more.
+ Starting to be around you more.
+ looking at you differently.
* So when you see this new changes focus hard and more on these in your outer reality.
* This is who they are and this will impress your subconsious mind even more.
* The beliefs and the expectations of who they are will be saturated even more and this will bring to you their new version.

I've had a shift in my inner state watching your daily videos & doing self love daily meditation. It was hard for 2 days but I'm in sync now , let go of the neediness and now I feel relaxed coz I'm living in the end so the middle doesn't matter .
My SP texted me out of the blue after a month even though we are separated by 4000 miles and we've been texting for a couple of days now and its going well coz I'm not attached and I'm living my daily routine peacefully

4:38 I had to listen to it a few times, not just to listen to it, to feel into the state you were in when saying those words. it helps to shift into a different vibration and not just 'say it out loud'
I always gave the narrative that my SP ditched me to hang out with his friends. I've changed that narrative to say he prioritizes me instead. Tomorrow he's canceling plans he's made to hang out with me instead. I'm seeing the change bit by bit, but it's happening

For me it’s easier and more effective to “revise”’the current situation as opposed to trying to ignore it. At the end of each day rewind the day in your mind and “revise” any aspect of it that you didn’t like including your significant other😊

I wish I had discovered all of this when I broke up with my ex husband.. had I focused on the positive we would've gotten back together. But I read the harshest, unloving advice on the internet about giving up and moving on asap. I so strongly believed that he didn't love me anymore that I drove away all chance of reconciliation because I truly believed it wasn't possible. But the fact is that he did and it was possible.

I really need this now. My SP came back to me, but he repeated the same old pattern which I don't like. He is inconsistent; sometimes he comes to me strongly, sometimes he acts like I am a stranger. I want him to be consistently approaching me, giving his attention to me all the time, asking me out every week, calling me every day, proposing me, marrying me.
