I always love hearing Damon talk, he definitely a underdog, that people mislead, and it's rather crazy cause he just different from others, but those who are different seem to be the ones you tend to like the most. #Respect to the OG. Excellent interview! It's refreshing to see someone coming from where we come from actually become successful without having to compromise their core values or beliefs. And what's more impressive is that Dame is willing to partner up with anyone he does business with, AND he's willing to share the knowledge he's learned thru his experiences. That's a rare characteristic to have in this society we live in today. Everyone seems to be motivated by greed nowadays. I salute you Dame...You are definitely an inspiration.

Dames confidence in himself and words of wisdom is his purpose. He is here to wake us up and realize we have to be strong minded and take control of our lives. What you take and what you leave from him is on you. Never put anyone on a pedestal and pay attention to how you feel when you listen and watch someone talk. People are so judge mental about everything and either want to idolize Dame or diss him and tear him down. Just shut up and take the gems or don’t watch him and stop wasting your time.
I love Dame! Wish I could meet him because it baffles me how much he and I are alike. I always been different, practical and never followed the crowd. As a woman I just am not as prideful as he is lol (thats a man thing), but when I listen to him speak I feel like we share a brain lol.

I have to say I'm surprised he said he wants an Oscar because he is the type that sets the standard rather than follow it. I think that's just a pride thing with him more than anything. I don't feel an Oscar would validate him in any way at all. Damon is a special kind of man and he's unique. But he has to remember that being in your own lane also means often times you won't get the same rewards as those who have a bandwagon mentality. An Oscar can't compare to the personal rewards his ways of living produces.

I find it funny that people laugh that he's broke. But it's true, he explained it himself before. Every dollar he gets he puts on the street into other projects. You make $100,000 in profit on a movie? You put that money into another project. And on and on and on.

Yeah that Loisaidas could do better with either the script or the screenwriting (which translates the script for the camera's purposes) the storyline didn't translate as seamlessly as it could have, I think; but the MUSIC and CINEMATOGRAPHY is EXCELLENT. All the players were good too--just need to connect the flow of the storyline better.
Too Honorable is a raw, impactful storyline (improvement over Loisaidas) and the music and cinematography is again EXCELLENT, you can really see his growth as a Director. I have my subscription and I check regularly for his new shit and the stuff he's had in vaults that chronicles his eyewitness to the early formation of a culture that grew to dominate the world. Can't wait to see what he does with those ODB masters.
Really wish that dude would answer fans questions about that site though, been waiting for new content for months, wonder why he and Raquel don't..it's annoying, I just want a soon yes or a no, lol cause my credit card can't handle every month with $10 it's holding on cause I wanna still be subscribed. -.- I wanna see a few films he had with Raquel and that one girl Bianca, smh

Dame Dash is a very inspirational person but way to arrogant with it. People need to understand that he keeps on saying in near enough every interview that he doesn't care . If you don't care stop over explaining your success and your inteligence. I like his deep conversational skills but I think he is way to self praising.
Why is he constantly embarrassing himself in the media?? Everyone knows he's flat broke, lost his homes, lost his wife, owes the IRS millions, had his vehicles repossessed and no one returns his calls. He's a loser who only made a fortune (and lost it due to stupidity) because he was lucky enough to latch onto Jay Z.
