C for Costly. Cost to get? B for Better not get it in the first place. Cost to DPS ratio? L for well, you really took one when you bought freezer.

A lv2 rocketeer might be better than militant as it have a very large range also maybe skipping max commander for extra defense will let you pass tank

I found out how you calculate DPS ratio, replacing "," with "." On the total cost, resulting a non-terminating quotient
