magdanoz88 I know this comment is from three months ago, but maybe your pads are a bit too tight or too loose. You might want to check out your bootstrap and fiddle with the tightness a bit. I personally like a wide stance and I use a loose bootstrap, but I don't seem to have a problem with my pad causing me to slip. Hope this helps or you already found this answer.
SanSan it could be that you need to try a new skate sharpening, or skates with a thinner cowling. Cutting off the inside leg protection would be an alternative as well. Maybe you even need to do some strength training if you are having trouble in that position.
Neutral pelvis (optimal balance) and good eye trajectory (balanced motion). Pay attention to his head and then his hands. Everytime he moves it starts with his head (eyes locating puck location) then his hands (positioning torso towards puck location) then his feet. All this equals smooth balanced movement. It all starts with head and eye trajectory.

I wish I was this smooth with the ladies
Another awesome video. Thank you!! ❤❤❤
Being a Bruins fan , I hate to see him practice and how flawless he is, it makes me realize what we are up against when we play against the Habs :(
Dan Burke yes but you just won against us and there are some habs fans who want him to be traded so..
Dan Burke don't get sad you like the team by how they play
Lol

I could watch him play all day incredible
Great vid! Learned a thing or two bout how to improve edge work
How the h**l his knees are so low? When I am trying to stand low, my pads are rubbing the ice and I'm falling...like...always. :(

Cut off the inside foot protection on the pads.

Pads wise, he wears them pretty loose and has removed the boot strap. It helps with rotation. Also allows the ankle more mobility and freedom.
Shit I need ice time, I’d love to take shots on price if they need more practice.
My ultimate goal is to one day have my whole a** be as good as his half.
