Redemption 17 keeps ROLLING tomorrow on The Singletrack Sampler's channel. You guys on Patreon are already ahead of the game: www.patreon.com/posts/11432535 Redemption 17 shirt: teespring.com/redemption17
This whole redemption roadtrip thing, is more enjoyable than 95% of the television programs we get here! (at least for me as i dont enjoy watching people doing gardening work, or house decorating, or buying jewelry for their dogs) Thanks! :)
I haven't watched TV in years...don't have cable (never know the latest shows everyone's talking about - zzzzzzzz)...just a girl with an internet connection making videos and cherry picking the platinum - like this channel right here!!! : )

I have switched from TV to UA-cam. It's much more interesting over here.
After watching your mountainbike videos I just wanted to drive mtb again, my bike got stolen and I was kinda fed up and bought an old race bike (which wasnt my kind of style bike), so I had luck on ebay and found a bargain hardtail and started to ride again, I just love it to be on the trails again and building up speed and crushing it down, I got my motivation back. Thank you so much :)
I'm really enjoying this mix of trail riding with a splash of "real life" thrown in there. The clips from your interactions, transportation, and eating add some extra spice that's mixing very well in those proportions. It is great fun, man. The moments you take on the trail to chat, eat, or session are also a great addition. They give the video's tempo some more variety and allow us to "rest" with you before focusing on shredding once more. Well done, Brian!
Planning on riding this trail next weekend, can directly to this video to rewatch 7 or 8 times before I pack up the truck n head out for an epic weekend of riding!
I like your videos because you interact and connect really well with the audience. Seth has great knowledge and Alex has fantastic energy.. YEAH!!! I wish Phil was on the trip too though as then it would be more perfect.
I like how you're always Mr. Prepared. Having the gear, like the better hand pump, when needed. I've noticed you and Alexander reference really old songs at times. I know they're old because I know them. On one video he made up words to a tune from West Side Story. More recently something from the movie Love Actually. ... "I feel it I'm fingers, I feel it in my toes ...." He actually feels it in his shoulder.
Watching this almost makes me wanna throw away my DH bike and start saving for a trail bike. Actually being able to ride places instead of pushing would be nice
Damn!!! Another Super Rad Video!! I am down here in FL. and its been raining for the last three days so the R-17 clips are keeping me in the bike zone and I am loving it!! Keep shredding and I'll keep watching!! Live-Life-Loud!!
Great video! Was fun to see another perspective to the ride. The comment about "Why would anyone on UA-cam say something about your helmet?" was freaking classic. Loved it. Pretty funny stuff. Oh yeah, and lastly...every time Alex goes down I get a new grey hair.
BKXC I kind of wanted to put something in the comments about Seth’s helmet just because you said that but I won’t but anyway I love your videos and your awesome
FWIW, the only times I've hurt myself (2x cracked rib, cracked hip socket, bruised kidney) mountain biking is falling over at low or zero speed (i.e., climbing speed). Haven't hit my head doing that, but if I had, without a helmet, I'd be in major hurt.
Best vid you've ever done...by far...no contest. Love watching you rip in all the vids but getting to see you guys interact so much adds a huge element. Well done!
You guys are a bomb on the humor. Love Seth's knowledge, and humor. Love Brian's reality I call it as realities. Alex's seriousness. It's like a glue I like. Someone is missing. You guys rock ✌🏻👍🏻🤛🏼
James Adkins But if there is an unexpected small descend, i dont want to stop for putting my helmet on, thats why i always keep it on. you never know whats coming, maybe an airplane falling down from the sky and then you wish you had it on ;)
Typically my "UA-cam attention-span" begins to dwindle exponentially after about 10minutes but this one kept me watching the whole time. Great one. Thats real mountain biking right there. You showed a climb and kept interesting; that's a rarity. You showed that crashes happen but that they don't all end up with paramedics on ATV's hauling you out on a back board. And you showed that you climb back on, try it again. Sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't but Eff it, either way your just having a blast riding with your buds. That's real mountain biking.
Your videos are great. You're excellent at catching the vibe of what it's all about it. I appreciate the videos of guys blasting off cliffs or launching backflips over massive canyon gaps but that's not the same mountain biking that me and my friends have come to know and love. I think more folks can actually relate to you, and Alex and Seth.
Great episode! I recommend watching Seth and Alex's streams for alternate takes. I watched them first and found that this video added some depth. I think that all three of your channels present a unique synergy for viewers that is damn near priceless. Your fitness is impressive! Listening to different people breathe on the mic is very instructive, imo.
You,be got to hand it to the bicycle suspension manufacturers when you’re fork and shocks come out in one piece after a trail like this and they’re still working, it’s amazing!
Very nice ride, I may have to give this trail a try, I've heard that there are bears hanging around. Glad that you didn't have an encounter. Keep up the great videos
First video of yours I've watched in a while and ... damn! That trail looks awesome! Also, you guys are just an amazing bunch of personified positive attitude. Love it! And man, you really look a lot more comfortable since you took those lessons. Feels great to be back here, watching your amazing content.
Don't know how I missed this vid. Nice look back on the epic rides you Seth and Alaxander did part of redemption tour. I can't believe Alaxander didn't break something being launched that far when he went over the bars.
I'm with you I LOVE my KS lev, super smooth. My wife has a Specialized command post on her stumpjumper and the thing is terrifying, especially if you pump too much air into it.
dude! this is the best video you have because of 3 cool guys riding mountain bike fast as hell, then bond together and eat together after a hard ride!, awesome, I miss my friends because of this video man, this makes me want to go home to my town.
I've got the Nobby Nics and I've made 2000 kilometers on them and not a single flat or anything else altough I've beaten the crap out of them on trails. So I can only recommend them
With time constraints of life it's hard for me to watch from beginning to end but the magic with editing kept my ADHD engaged on this one to the very end, nice job on this one
Brain, again with the hand placement on your grips man, you got some guts to be ok with that... I gave that a try to see if I was missing something and I was scared to death
After seeing that guy get that serious wound from a crash, I know that if I ever do anything like this, I'm getting some emergency medical training. Having someone who knew how to stop that bleed pretty much saved the guy.
I had my wife pick me up a couple of boxes of Lara bars the other day to try based on your obsession with them. Tried the peanut butter so far......not bad. 225 calories of bite sized goodness. Lovein' #redemption17!
Noticed Seth was using Schwalbe HDs. I stopped using Schwalbe tires after getting 4 flats and 2 sidewall tears in 13 rides. 2 months of Maxxis dhf and dhr 3c Maxx terra DD with no flats n never looked back.
I just woke up caught up on some Redemption 17 got up and checked the mail and I was pleased to find some shiny new stickers from Mr BKXC. Thanks man 🤘 Also I'm pleased to see that the postage to here wasn't too extortionate 😊
once again..another video where i smile from start to finish..lol..MAN that trail looked really rough about the whole way..def gonna give the squish a workout..GNARLY!!!..:)
I've been thinking this for some time, but it dawned on me at the beginning of this vid that Seth is a legit, bona fide, stand up comedian. Freaking hilarious intro with the dropper post shtick ! Love it.
I use lower pressure on my Reverb as 250 PSI is too much in my opinion. I hope that lower pressure will stop the air from making a way to oil damper. Time will show.
God man....I don't know how you ride this kind of terrain on clipless pedals! Maybe it's my bmx/dirt jumping/motocross background, but I will only ever run platform pedals!
I quite counting the number of times I said "F THAT!" I'd still be out there because I walked so much of it. Gnarly for sure! Great ridding on both of your parts!
Dude another great vid. But the last minute and a half is perfect. It's what's so many of us that want to start making videos need to hear. To just get over our insecurities and run with it. We can be our own worst critics and hold our selves back from doing awesome things. Thank you Brian Seth and Alex for great rides great vids and spitting great words of wisdom. Oh and thanks for all the stupidity that comes along with it lol!!!!!
Been addicted to your videos and love this one in particular, really feels like one with the boys. I want to get into mountain biking but have no idea where to even start in terms of picking a bike. Any advice under 6-$700? Even a tip on good manufacturers is helpful. Thanks
You should pack a CO2 inflator with you on your rides. It's great for tubeless tires too in case you need to re-seat the bead. I run a Red Zeppelin so I can use only what I need from a canister
Redemption 17 keeps ROLLING tomorrow on The Singletrack Sampler's channel. You guys on Patreon are already ahead of the game: www.patreon.com/posts/11432535

BKXC that ending really gave me confidence, thanks!
BKXC I am looking to get a good mountain bike my budget is about $1000 do you have any suggestions
Cameron Stigall you'd have to go secondhand.. anything new for 1k isn't really that great.
The Majestic Hawk you can get a really good dirt jump :∆
BKXC what bike do you have
that dropper post.. Proves that Alex really have balls of steel
I just swapped out my super fast specialized post for a reverb... cause, yeah... :-p ouch
ilikewasabe Alexander (jesus himself) indeed has quite hard fucking balls if he can handle that XD
Hahahahaha
Alex is a masochist!
HAHAHAHAHAH Semi-Automatic dropper post ahahhaha
I love how uncensored this perspective of the videos are!! Just feels like watching a ride with my own friends. love it.
That's the magic!
Bill Rowse I
right
This whole redemption roadtrip thing, is more enjoyable than 95% of the television programs we get here! (at least for me as i dont enjoy watching people doing gardening work, or house decorating, or buying jewelry for their dogs) Thanks! :)
110% agreed! better than any bullshit on tv these days.
That is a HUGE compliment, dude. I'm so glad you found me and that it's something you get a kick out of.
I totally agree. Better than watching people on a TV watching TV. Finland had a program like this a while ago.
I much more enjoy youtube.
Fuck yeah more BKXC and Jesus
Ross Gaming hahahha Jesus Alex?
Almost every day buddy!
I can't believe you called Jesus and his disciple a couple of chuckle#uck, omg
mar cor: you know a chucklef*ck when u see one. A spades a spade haha
Bike jesus
Love these collaborations. This stuff gets me through a lot of days where I don't have time to get out and ride!
Fantastic, I love that
Every time Alexander crashes he ends up 20 feet down the trail. Anyway great video Brian. Keep having fun!
Haha pure momentum!
Awsome man
Brian looks like your descending has progressed to being on par with Alex and Seth
Gotta be happy about that.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks dude, I'm keeping up now!
7:21 goddammit Seth, did you just leave a brother hanging?!
Haha yeah! I didn't realize that, but in all fairness I'm not one to initiate high fives. If you put your hand up, I'll comply.
Hahahaha
lol
@@SethsBikeHacks lol
After watching your mountainbike videos I just wanted to drive mtb again, my bike got stolen and I was kinda fed up and bought an old race bike (which wasnt my kind of style bike), so I had luck on ebay and found a bargain hardtail and started to ride again, I just love it to be on the trails again and building up speed and crushing it down, I got my motivation back. Thank you so much :)
I love hearing that!!
watched it the whole way through. Spilled my coffee once. As far as y tube vids go. This is Academy Award stuff. Man u got the best job.
Hahahahahaa, thanks dude
I'm really enjoying this mix of trail riding with a splash of "real life" thrown in there. The clips from your interactions, transportation, and eating add some extra spice that's mixing very well in those proportions. It is great fun, man.

Well done, Brian!
Thanks so much man, we're enjoying life and wanted to share more of it
My buddy fell on a slow climb and broke a rib. His head was good thanks to the helmet.
Planning on riding this trail next weekend, can directly to this video to rewatch 7 or 8 times before I pack up the truck n head out for an epic weekend of riding!
Awseome work mate! Always look forward to your latest videos. Hope to see you riding back in Australia soon. Keep living the dream!
Thanks a ton Kon!
Great video Brian. The trail is similar to what we have here in Collserola, Barcelona, Spain.
Thank you guys.
Awesome! Glad you liked it
I like your videos because you interact and connect really well with the audience. Seth has great knowledge and Alex has fantastic energy.. YEAH!!! I wish Phil was on the trip too though as then it would be more perfect.
Please let this happen someday!
I like how you're always Mr. Prepared. Having the gear, like the better hand pump, when needed. I've noticed you and Alexander reference really old songs at times. "I feel it I'm fingers, I feel it in my toes ...." He actually feels it in his shoulder.
Hahaha love it
Next video: How to cook, with Seth's Wife hacks
She's a killer cook!
Good job man watching your riding from some older videos to this... You have substantially gotten faster and more confident! Way to put in the work!
Thanks a ton Chase! STRONGER EVERY DAY
Watching this almost makes me wanna throw away my DH bike and start saving for a trail bike. Actually being able to ride places instead of pushing would be nice
DO IT!!
Huw Pritchard now that has to be a Welsh name right?
yeah, welsh heritage but I'm Aussie
Huw Pritchard where do u ride at? 🇦🇺
Hydz. Queensland. Sunshine Coast
Damn!!! Another Super Rad Video!! I am down here in FL. and its been raining for the last three days so the R-17 clips are keeping me in the bike zone and I am loving it!! Keep shredding and I'll keep watching!! Live-Life-Loud!!
Ahhh man. Hate that rain! Glad we're keeping you pumped
Great video! Was fun to see another perspective to the ride. The comment about "Why would anyone on UA-cam say something about your helmet?" was freaking classic. Loved it. Pretty funny stuff. Oh yeah, and lastly...every time Alex goes down I get a new grey hair.
Hahaha, thanks so much dude. Alex laughed about the grey hair comment.
Yeah, I agree with that sillyness.
1:03 Hang on lemme just hammer something in.. BOOM I was crying xD
Hahaha
nice video! went on the trails for the first time today, it has dirt jumps and a trail. it was amazing, he taught me how to get a good air and stuff
That's awesome!
Coffee andn MTB vids, thanks guys for breakfast of champs!!!
Haha love it dude!
Best vid you've ever done...by far...no contest. Love watching you rip in all the vids but getting to see you guys interact so much adds a huge element. Well done!
Thanks Mark!! I love all the funny stuff too
Yea! Made it on Casey!
Big time!
Brah! One of your best videos. You guys are shredding like there's no tomorrow. Keep it up and good luck on your upcoming race.
How does one get that cool BKXC stem cap?
stemcaps.com/collections/artist-bkxc
Thanks Jason!
About to order your coooool BKXC logo stem cap, Bri. I am also going have Jason do my T-Rex as a stem cap logo, switch off.
You guys are a bomb on the humor.
Love Seth's knowledge, and humor. Love Brian's reality I call it as realities. Alex's seriousness. It's like a glue I like. Someone is missing. You guys rock ✌🏻👍🏻🤛🏼
Not much room for creative lines!
Hahaha, you're right about that
So cool to see the same sections from two different angles. Yours and Seth's video are super cool.
Glad you enjoyed two different viewpoints!
Always wear a helmet but in a climb I can see why you wouldn't. Too hot and uncomfortable. If you fall on a climb 9/10 your not gonna hit your head
Unless the climb is exposed, of course. A wide road like that, sure. Then again, folks have cracked their skulls doing a lot less.
James Adkins But if there is an unexpected small descend, i dont want to stop for putting my helmet on, thats why i always keep it on. you never know whats coming, maybe an airplane falling down from the sky and then you wish you had it on ;)
Matze Laschczok seth has done that climb and that trail so many times, so he knows when to put it on i'm assuming
I meant in general. But even if you have done a section 100 times and you are the best rider, something unexpected can happen
I definitely see both sides. I've ridden for 5 years+ now and have never had a helmet impact, but I'm still wearing it all day every day.
I discovered this channel a couple weeks ago and have been bingeing ever since. :D. Thanks man!
WELCOME ABOARD!
Who else is watching this at 4:00 a.m.?
Unbellyfeel Ingsoc I'm in STRAYA, it's 9pm
Johnnie Leong Western U.S. here

Nice
MTBMan509 4:45
Man, I'm loving the slightly longer format. That trail is so chunky and rooty. A tough combination. Awesome stuff.
Yea I live in the middle of NC and it's the same here so I'm convinced the whole state is like that
Big time chunk! I love it. Glad you're enjoying the long vids
I really enjoy seeing the same trail from different perspectives!! Great idea switching off days posting! As usual, you guys rock! Keep it up!
Thanks Cameron! It's a fun way to do it
Absolutely one of the best MTB vids I've ever seen. I felt like I was riding with you guys! Thanks!
AWesome!! thanks

It's all about the editing. The more videos I edit the better I get at cutting out the bullshit.
And thanks!!
Your videos are great. You're excellent at catching the vibe of what it's all about it. Thanks Pedro!!
You,be got to hand it to the bicycle suspension manufacturers when you’re fork and shocks come out in one piece after a trail like this and they’re still working, it’s amazing!
Haha you're right!
Very nice ride, I may have to give this trail a try, I've heard that there are bears hanging around. Glad that you didn't have an encounter. Keep up the great videos
Don't worry about the bears, just go ride!!
First video of yours I've watched in a while and ... damn! That trail looks awesome!
Also, you guys are just an amazing bunch of personified positive attitude. Love it!
And man, you really look a lot more comfortable since you took those lessons. Feels great to be back here, watching your amazing content.
Glad you're back for the ride, Marc! This was such a fun day.
You guys rock!! Love all 3 channels!! Waiting on BKXC jersey, ordering pump, now I need something from Seth and Alex!!!😂🚵🏽
Gotta spread the support!!!
AWESOME!! Thank you SO MUCH for keeping this thing alive.
and now i am completely addicted to your channel. just can't have enough of it. luckily you keep posting new videos, thanks brian :-)
Haha nice!
Don't know how I missed this vid. Nice look back on the epic rides you Seth and Alaxander did part of redemption tour. I can't believe Alaxander didn't break something being launched that far when he went over the bars.
Haha yeah, he can take a beating!!
Ha! Thumbs up for being on Casey's vlog. I saw that episode but only now realized it's you BKXC! Yess.
Thanks man!
I'm with you I LOVE my KS lev, super smooth. My wife has a Specialized command post on her stumpjumper and the thing is terrifying, especially if you pump too much air into it.
Hahaha nice
love the trip, thanks for sharing! you guys are like the Top Gear of mountain bikes! keep up the great work and inspiration. good luck with Enduro!
Thanks man, that's a high compliment!
Alex has a rockem sockem robot seat! Good stuff as always Brian.
dude! this is the best video you have because of 3 cool guys riding mountain bike fast as hell, then bond together and eat together after a hard ride!, awesome, I miss my friends because of this video man, this makes me want to go home to my town.
"It's always you versus yourself really". Very true! Nice video and keep posting.
Thanks man!
This is awesome to get a second perspective from Alex's video from yesterday.
I've got the Nobby Nics and I've made 2000 kilometers on them and not a single flat or anything else altough I've beaten the crap out of them on trails. So I can only recommend them
Nice!
My all time favorite tyre
With time constraints of life it's hard for me to watch from beginning to end but the magic with editing kept my ADHD engaged on this one to the very end, nice job on this one
That's what it's all about!
Brain, again with the hand placement on your grips man, you got some guts to be ok with that... I gave that a try to see if I was missing something and I was scared to death
Hahaha
Were you taught to ride like that or did you just find it comfy?
After seeing that guy get that serious wound from a crash, I know that if I ever do anything like this, I'm getting some emergency medical training. Having someone who knew how to stop that bleed pretty much saved the guy.
Good stuff. Those trails look awesome. Looking forward to where the road trip goes next.
They were some GREAT trails!
I appreciate your positive attitude. I'm fifty-seven years old and just got back into MBs.
Awesome! Love hearing that Mark
I had my wife pick me up a couple of boxes of Lara bars the other day to try based on your obsession with them. Tried the peanut butter so far......not bad. 225 calories of bite sized goodness. Lovein' #redemption17!
Awesome! Thanks Jeremy.
Noticed Seth was using Schwalbe HDs. I stopped using Schwalbe tires after getting 4 flats and 2 sidewall tears in 13 rides. 2 months of Maxxis dhf and dhr 3c Maxx terra DD with no flats n never looked back.
Now that was a great looking trail. Keep the updates up!
Thanks Cris!
Leave the clamps on your brakes slightly loose so it'll move under a decent amount of pressure
Interesting!
dude what a epic ride ,seth ,alex and you it is just fricking amazing watch you guys ride..
One of the best days ever!
dude i just saw you in a video in the pisgah enduro going dow in the technical are hahaha...
I just woke up caught up on some Redemption 17 got up and checked the mail and I was pleased to find some shiny new stickers from Mr BKXC. Thanks man 🤘
Also I'm pleased to see that the postage to here wasn't too extortionate 😊
How cool is that!?! I've sent those Patreon sticker packs to quite a few foreign countries now and they're all reasonable postage.
Haha that trail was awesome! That trail was throwing stuff at you from every direction!
I love that one!
Hey Brian. Very enjoyable watching. The two dudes you are riding with are a hoot. LOLOL.
Awesome vid. Love how seth goes postal over the taint slammin dropper post.
Haha I loved that too
Loving that new stem cap and it's sooooo cool when you ride with these guys great video as always man I enjoy every vid 👍👍👍
Thanks bud!
once again..another video where i smile from start to finish..lol..MAN that trail looked really rough about the whole way..def gonna give the squish a workout..GNARLY!!!..:)
Awesome! So glad you dug it
I've been thinking this for some time, but it dawned on me at the beginning of this vid that Seth is a legit, bona fide, stand up comedian.
Freaking hilarious intro with the dropper post shtick ! Love it.
Yes he is!
Awesome vid, the footage going through the close brush fast looks really effin cool
It was amazing during the ride!
videos like this really make me want to get into mountain biking
It's a great sport!
Great trail and views. Good luck this weekend. Hope your doing great
Thanks Richard!!
I'd love to see all the mountain bike UA-camrs at Northwoods Trails, Hot Springs, Arkansas, all at once, all videoing

Thanks Nelson, I love showing the full picture

Very cool!
All those Larabars should earn you a sponsor, I want to buy them now too
Man I love this channel and Alex and Seth but you guys need to do more live streams because they are also really fun
Yah man, the livestreams are killer!
That trail was rugged! Good riding guys🤘🏻
Big time!
you guys are living the life! when the trip to Portugal?
I use lower pressure on my Reverb as 250 PSI is too much in my opinion. I hope that lower pressure will stop the air from making a way to oil damper. Time will show.
love seeing these from different perspectives
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awsome ride! Your riding really has improved. Keep it up.
God man....I don't know how you ride this kind of terrain on clipless pedals! Maybe it's my bmx/dirt jumping/motocross background, but I will only ever run platform pedals!
Haha, yeah it's an acquired taste!
Dude's orange bike is sick AF, love it!
It's a good one!
6:05 that colour change was so beautiful!
😁👍
What a ride, just great and how tight track man well managed.
Seriously tight!!
I quite counting the number of times I said "F THAT!" I'd still be out there because I walked so much of it. Gnarly for sure! Great ridding on both of your parts!
Hahaha big time!
LOL, Just realized that my comment should've been on the video from yesterday with BCPov! UA-cam autoplay got me. LOL!
Brian, your a savage when it comes to your climbing! Holy crap! Keep it up brother! Stay Stoked 🤙🏽
Thanks Richard!!
This is the best downhill bike simulator, guys. Fantastic track!
Thanks man!
Glad you got a lot out of that part! It's the truth!!
Been addicted to your videos and love this one in particular, really feels like one with the boys. I want to get into mountain biking but have no idea where to even start in terms of picking a bike. Any advice under 6-$700? Even a tip on good manufacturers is helpful. Thanks
Thanks Nathan! My best advice is to go to a couple bike shops and ask them, they're the experts!
This trails gonna destroy me for ORAMM in a few weeks with how this video went LOL!!! I can't wait.
This is funnier than 99.9% of so called "comedy" on TV AND UA-cam. Great content!
Thanks so much dude!
+1 Seth on the no-helmet climb. Just don't forget to pop it back on.
Haha yep "Something feels weird on this downhill"
You should pack a CO2 inflator with you on your rides. It's great for tubeless tires too in case you need to re-seat the bead. I run a Red Zeppelin so I can use only what I need from a canister
Can't take 'em on the plane
