Hello Judy... Kindly can you do a video on reproductive health.. I was fist diagnosed with ovarian cysts at 15 I had irregular periods but my parents didn't think it was an issue by that I mean I would go for like 5- 6mths with no periods.. But a certain day I had an extremely bad backache that's when they took me to hospital only to be told I have cysts and they are causing the back pain.. Long story short I was treated and got better... But then in school form 4 I started to experience the back pains so going to the school nurse she's like a Grace your not sick ati I also have the same condition u are just lying she sent me back to class... I went to the deputy's to tell her of my condition she called my mum to come pick me up.. Went to the hospital came back to school after 3days and the nurse was like she was just pretending to be sick even the medicine she was given is weaker than the one I had given her so I was given a 1wk suspension just because someone thought i was making up my condition and my mom wasn't bothered ; she found it disturbing to accept the fact that I had problems with my periods and it was messing up with my back and had constant pelvic pain.i was 16 at the time and do you know how bad it is for a teenager to be told she's making things up and her pain is not real.. Trust you me I started believing I was making things up I could be having a serious back pain but am like no Grace your making this up there's no pain u are feeling considering the fact that my mom had told me now u are becoming too much... So if it was adverse I would just take pain killers coz there's no one to take me to the hospital... I went to campus which is in nyanza and home ni kiambu so a certain time I was in a lot of pain pelvic pain and back pain my legs were in pain... So I call my mom am like mum am feeling this and this ... She sent me money to go to hospital then I tell her the scans I had to be done... She's like naaah we don't have that money to spend on you you are becoming too much... And that's how I stopped involving my mum in my health issues... Long story short I have PCOS and my mum doesn't know.. I feel like African parents are not ready to address such issues and accept that their daughters are going thru reproductive health issues and it's okay 😅
I have been following this portion method since I watched your video and I can say it has really helped me. My pooty is reducing. I will definitely contact her.
Thank you so much for a very insightful video. As an adult I have really learnt a lot in this video. I appreciate so much for the good work you are doing and the effort you put in every video you post for us🙏🏻. Could you please have another talk on nutrition. Especially on in-between meals and beverages we take such as water, tea, coffee, juices, alcoholic drinks too. 🙏🏻🌺
McDonald's, KFC, burger Kings all the those processed food restaurants and the social-economic status of Kenya is changing 😊.. so it is good sign of health economy of the country 😄
Mbona mnamtusi?....juu ya kuuliza kaa mumbus alipita mtihani....when one decide to be part of social media family expect any type of question...i know the mkuru family has no room for matusi....again exam is not a matter of life and death ...hapa majuu exam is not everything kila mtoto has an opportunitu to pursue any career of choice and thats why kenya government should scrap class 8 and fm 4 exams so that we have 100% transition to high school and college respectovely....let us teach our kids its ok to fail ...its not the end of life...Mumbu is a child just like any other child...she could have failef or pass just like any child in the world...dont try to make mumbu super human...she is not....

when i grow up i want to be like Judy Nyawira,,i admire how she lives, and how she relates with her husband and daughter,,even with other people
The doctor should start an online course the way she explains the food plate is insane for someone who has no knowledge in nutrition❤
Noodles have 400 calories oh my 😯 thanks for educating me❤
Parents also need to be educated on this most African parents solve their children's obesity by condemning or fat shaming
