For testing I just connect them to the speaker terminals. In the car, usually you can find an adapter harness to hook up to the stereo wires and it will connect to your car's stereo plugs.

They are pretty cheap. Some make room for AUX cable and mic but they will cost a little more. Even those are not too expensive. No. Very few US pioneers have it. Pioneer calls that "SFC mode" so you can look up models that have it. You'll probably have better luck finding Carrozzeria units with that feature since they are way more common in Asia and Europe for some reason.

Do they sell after market connecters I have the same unit but I don’t have the power or the speaker connector.
Yes just have to search the model number and they should show up. They should be compatible with other models also.
