Roasted potatoes are the best, especially roasted with butter, garlic and herbs. Hands down my favorite way to eat potatoes, even over french fries (which I also love, don't get me wrong, but roasted takes first place for me).

That growing medium is far too dry...Potatoes should never be allowed to dry out..That's the reason the potatoes are small and not very many either....

Yeah I let it dry out before I harvested the potatoes. Thank you for the feed back. I appreciate it
