3:10 the Barb chiefs do get in the middle of their men though so you probably can't get the easy rout that way.
Counterintuitively, this can be a good thing: I completely forgot it's just the Barb leaders going berserk, not all of them. So their leaders rushing into melee and then berserking means they have a good chance of getting killed and then routing their entire army on accident.
Can you show the pretender you made for TNN? If you showed it somewhere I must've missed it.
I took a dormant pretender, and she's still sleeping. But we're getting close to her awakening, when I actually talk a bit about the pretender I made.
Have you talked to your neighbours much? It would be really convenient to have one of them fighting someone else before you attack
Vanheim so far. There's two more neighbors in the future that see a bit more diplomacy. Talking to Mekone was a bit pointless, as I was guessing "sure, I'll surrender all my lands to you", would probably not be in the range of answers I could expect. Our fish friends were spooking the hell out of me, so I went with a "no talk, but also no aggression"-tactic of diplomacy, hoping we could just ignore each other.
@@Libluini "No talk" isn't diplomacy. If you talk to people you can try to get them to attack someone else. If you don't then you're just hoping -and one of the things you're hoping is that they aren't talking to each other.
@@Timlagorthank you my friend, but I'm playing Dominions for many, many years now and sometimes I have the feeling that I talk too much to my fellow players. But as a general advice, yeah it's always good to talk to people.
