Also folks, if your player mess a bit and releases the ball just a little further u can take the ball but pressing the square very hard. ALWAYS works for me

I personally do small speed jockey or even jockey with some risky tackle just because now since all the players got meta attackers, their movement were just like snakes, whereas you think you cover the ground with that speed jockey, but you are not, they trigger sprint just passed by you with no animation needed, so I think it is important to read their movement first, always keeps 2 to 3 yard close and always stand in front of them.

Just train and over thinking is normal at first, then being consistent is the key and in time you will start to feel it natural.
