Facts about the Commentators, my personal favourite was Martin Tyler, in career mode he use to commentate the FA Cup Final but now he's not even in the Game.
I miss the intro “It’s Martin Tyler and Alan Smith”

In Fifa 14 I think I signed a player and he was playing against his old team and the Commentator said he had the same feeling when he played for Leicester on loan from Arsenal and Played against Arsenal

That's exactly why I play games like FIFA 15,16 and 17.
2 things I miss from old FIFAs. Manager career mode use to show what trophies you had won in your whole career, sort of like your own trophy cabinet. Second thing is when you play as a player career mode, if you signed for Man Utd as a youth player they’d put you out on loan first to let you earn your call up. New games you can be a youth player and just get in the first team
I ain't buying EAFC until they drastically improve career mode
Same, the only reason I play FIFA at all is because of the career mode but it's so awful that I stopped playing altogether in FIFA 23. Until I know that career mode is in more competent hands I'm not picking up another FIFA title.

Honestly... the PS2 career modes were something else... sponsors, staff upgrades, scenarios, sending your scout to look for a specific player...
Also... this whole licensing bs is what's ruining the game. I remember fifa 14 finally added the Argentine, Colombian, and Chilean leagues to bring in that copa libertadores vibe with the Brazilian league
From the main career mode menu, you just have to hit the back button and it'll bring up the save menu

The most important thing is that they bring back a decent defence control. Most of tackles just go nowhere near the ball and defenders you don't control just don't do anything to cover spaces
I want other things back for example choosing your friendlies in the beginning of the season. Upgrading the size of the stadium, choosing your sponsor for the season upgrading your staff. All this features where in fifa 09
In career mode one option we need be like you can start your career mode at 2019 or 2015 but in eafc 25
Audio description about the league table in the main menu of career mode, statistics of the player while/ before negotiating and a bonus for assists for e.g. midfielders because currently there's only clean sheets for goalkeepers and defenders and goals for strikers.
Would be nice if they would bring back the feature where you can request friendly matches, outside of the usual pre-season tournaments
I would love to see players to be thankful after scoring. Last seen in FM22 when you scored a goal and ran to the player that had played the assisting pass they gave each other high-five or whatever, and nowadays they would just run off or pass the assistant in a most arrogant way.
they could make the transfer history look like it did in fifa 07 or 08, so you could see in an organized way what the signings were from all the other teams and by league, not like it is today, which is a completely disorganized list. There could be an option to deactivate the overall undo on the console.

I've been following you for quite some months now and just wanna say I love your content keep it up 👏👏.We need a My player career like the one in madden. EA put so much detail in that than they've done with FIFA or FC, some of us like playing the player career mode and it's just plain and doesn't give the zeal to play
Sponsorships, I really really missed that, also the board wanting you to sign specific player.... It creates a whole new dynamic to building the squad.
EA next year will bring one of the things that used to be in older fifa BUT ONLY 1 so they can advertise it as a new game and the others will have to wait to come in other future fifas until they secretly and quietly take a feature out of the game for no reason and will make a silly excuse for it to then add it in a future game like seeing the line ups they said people skip it anyway but watch them suddenly bring it back as a "new" feature that's just the EA loop and it's sad

More commentation languages for every nation where's a league inside.
Bring back the Brazilian League with Licensed Teams and Players. It's ridiculous that the brazilian teams have won the Libertadores for the past 5 years and we have to settle with playing with generic players
The inquire feature is replaced with the delegate feature, it is the same thing but you can set the range on how much you wanna pay
To be fair, release clauses are kind of like Enquiries. Enquiries would give you a really bloated price, which is exactly what release clauses do.

For me... it is MArtin Tyler and Andy Smith as commentators, which I loved playing Fifa... The old commentators which I heard in Fifa 11 for the first time... is maybe the only thing, which I can remember of :D
One of the features that they should add 100% is the manager agent.
We already have a player agent, but it would also be cool to have an agent as a manager. Choosing your next club you wanna manage, recommended clubs from the agent, etc.
this would be wild. Would be mad if there is a cutscene of a manager and his agent interviewing for the job. Where the manager talks about his philosophy and things he'll bring. If it aligns with what the team wants, then deal. If manager is not ok with the conditions, deal off. That would be a very badass feature. For instance, say a manager is interweaving at Man Utd and the team says the manager would not have the final say on player signings while the manager wants full control of that. If no compromise is reached, deal off.
I may be overreaching but another thing I'd love in the game is for the team negotiators or whatever they are called to be in charge of player signings and sale and not the manager. All the manager has to do is give a list of players he wants and those responsible for player signings take it and try to get a good deal. Also if maybe the asking price is too much (Eg: 110m for Wirtz)), they could communicate with the manager to know if he wants them to get the player even at that fee, and let him know how much his budget is (Eg: 150m) and if he wants them to still get the player, they do that. Manager then would have to manage with the balance (Eg: 40m). Cannot request for the signing of a player whose value is higher than the remaining balance. (eg: Tomori with maybe a 70m price tag). Manager now has to find players within his budget and forward that to those tasked with signing players.
And player sales. manager does not negotiate but is informed if he wants the player sold or loaned or if he wants to keep the player. Negotiators take it from there.

They won’t. EA won’t overpay and Konami will. Simple reason. As long as the namesake is present, that’s all they care about it.
I "MAY" come back if they bring back Pro Clubs and rebuild it from the ground up.
the coomentators were not taken out. i think they just use the offical commentary teams which they were only for the world cup
Things the game needs
-actually reward winning
-club records (top goal scorers, asts, clean sheets etc.)
-the reject all on scout reports
-something to actually add difficulty to lower level teams
-the ability to edit generic players
-actual consequences for not meeting the needs of a player (sitting out, potentially getting you fired, destroying the club morale etc.)
-pundit shows talking about what’s going on
-multiple commentators
-Spanish, French and German commentators when you play in those countries
-some sort of momentum system that would make playing at away stadiums more difficult
-the ability to see how many years are left on someone’s contract
-overhaul the youth academy
-allow other teams to potentially poach your better players making it more difficult to hold on to
-random events like bans, injuries being more prevalent to make it feel more realistic
-And finally a system that allows you to take your pro clubs player directly into career mode with the same stats and everything
This is a lot but we are on next gen for Christ sake and they need to do better
I'd like a mode where you can take over a club half way through the season but based on real life results would be amazing
This may be just me but with the number of players retiring, EA should think about a regen system. Something similar to Pes. Like I get why regens have different names but it just doesn't hit the same scoring with a cheap copy of Ronaldo. Just give players that option to choose what regen system they would like to use.

A variety of commentators would make me not turn them off. Really enjoyed having that variety back then.

I don’t understand why this is a thing tbh. Like I’m not gonna buy eFootball now just because they have one specific stadium. I’ll buy whichever game has better gameplay. They could pay for exclusive rights to every stadium in Europe and I wouldn’t buy it if I thought the actual game was worse and I imagine most are the same. The fact they bother paying all that money for exclusivity is bizarre to me.

I just want co-op connectivity in career mode while we select sides . I don’t care if handling stays at one machine but need to play together with friends. One team two friends and together we negotiate for players . Nothing beats that ❤
That kind of thing is available in the F1 games, which is published by ea, although coded by codemasters. But they should still have the ability to add that feature to fc career modes
I want the option in fc 25 to:
when creating a player have to option to wear grip socks and have holes in your socks
and have the ability after a horrendous foul have a big fight this will make the game seam more realistic
Agreed. The fight thing might take a while but I'm sure the holes socks thing would be added certainly.
And for the fight, they should make it possible for you to be able to punch or headbutt the player you are fighting. Maybe when the fight starts, you have the option to walk away by pressing say "A" (Xbox Controller) or rush the player but without hitting him when you press "Y" or get all aggressive and hit or headbutt the player by pressing "B".
I'd love that and i know i'll always play with 8 or 9 players cos I would be punching and headbutting a lot.

To a career mode I would add a "club hall of fame" it would have every retired or transfered youngster who became a star and i would can view their stats for my club, And something similar like "retired players" where i can view for example a retired vinicius jr stats his goals,assist,trophies
And it would be on a on a new page called "history" and i would add there also a for example champions league winners over the years, ballond'or winners, youngers of the year, world cup winners, highest overall player in the year. and things like this.
