Jim Nantz has always been a favorite of mine. He does seem like such a nice man. It is really important to me to have a good announcer announcing the game. Dick Enberg will always be my favorite announcer of all time. Jim Nantz is in my top 5.
What a great, authentic man. He knows that he's blessed to do what he does and is truly grateful. Jim Nantz was right, no one asks better questions than DP.
Jim Nantz has been a voice in my sports life since I was a kid in the 80s. I will be sad when he retires. So many great games he has called. Great sportscaster.
Ravens didn't have the ball, there is footage of Flacco on the sidelines saying "why has the clock stopped" or something to that affect. Also its a top 5 SB this century regardless of the power outage, yes that's the main memory but people definitely remember that game more than that. It was a great game with a great comeback and an all time legend retiring. It's an exaggeration to say nobody remembers anything outside of the power.
Only reason to tune in, for the guests. The show itself is dead. DP put all his chips into the NBA so they could pander. Whoops turns out the NBA is pure garbage. Watch the show pivot this year away from the NBA
Always found Nancy, kind of a phoney...over dramatical...and here is the perfect example..."I'd do all of this, for free...."....B.S. Mr. Overly "nice guy"... ain't buying what you're selling...👎👎👎
I feel like I want to be a better person just listening to Jim Nantz. So much respect for this broadcasting legend.
Me too!
Jim is a class act
Humble guy. Great voice, great personality- I never get tired of hearing his calls
Great man. Thank you for your work Jim Nantz! Great interview Dan. God bless you all
Legendary interviewing skills at play once again. Thank you for allowing the time (wow 21:26) for this to unfold.

Always impressive. Both these guys are the best in the biz at what they do. Hopefully Jim's dream of interviewing his son at Butler Cabin comes true.

His voice is like a warm blanket on a cool night. He is a good man…
With an eggnog and bourbon.
I never get tired of hearing Jim Nantz. Especially when it comes to golf, and I can't wait for CBS to kick off their coverage soon at the Farmers.
Jim is a Class Act. 👏
“Not to be the story, but to be the storyteller.” Nantz is the best
As a fellow UH Alum, Jim is our best alum as far as I am concerned. What a legacy memory he has of the sporting world.
Jim Nantz is 🐐🐐
Wonderful conversation
This was EPIC! 🔥
An interview like no other....cue the soft piano music.
Dude love Nantz....what a humble genius
Jim Nantz in studio on a meat Friday would be legendary.
Legendary segment.
🔥Just doesn't get much better.
ABSOLUTELY AWESOME !!!!
Just a super guy who had made watching sports so enjoyable
Class!!!!!
Legendary.
Don Criqui should be on the list
Seton & Tony together if young Jim comes down with the sniffles
Class
Hello friend!!
Of the old school, Ray Scott was my favorite
It’s “I DON’T believe what I just saw”. C’mon Jim.
I thought it sounded a little weird when he said it.
I’ve only seen DP get star struck over 2 people. Adam Sandler for some ungodly reason. And Jim Nance which makes more sense.

Hello friends
Didnt the 9ers have the ball when the clock stopped?
Nantz has a young son? He’s gotta be 60.
65
Is it me, or does he sound a little like Romo now
Read goodnight stories again
Great UH cougar alum
Vin Scully's call that night was better than Jack Buck's call....look it up.....RIP both.....

I’ll take Jim Nance over Al Michael’s any day
Why is everything a competition
Ok Ron. All are great at what they do. I’m partial to Pat Summerall and John Madden calling the Cowboys games back in the 90s.
Jim needs to get back with Phil Simms. Much better announcing team. Well Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeem
Wow, I thought Simms was bad..and love Tony's analysis... weird...but that just shows ya, everyone's entitled to their opinion, even if it wrong..✌️
Why did cbs get rid of him their CBS studio show sucks now. Used to be the best
no way !!! Romo
Super "greedy" Rich, losing their homes... it's ver sad....👎👎👎
Right…it would have been better if you lost your home. Then the sympathy would be real. 🤡

Hes a corporate stooge for sure!
Vinny!
Freaking announcers are so self important...who gives a shit....Listen to Jim's call last week on the Bronco 1st TD...he sounds like an idiot lol
