Love your videos. Small tip. In English, when you make a word possessive or plural by adding an “s” to the end (eg/ “Audi’s Le Mans legacy” (possessive) or “open top LMPs” (plural)), you do not need to pronounce two “s” sounds, just one. So, for example, “Audi’s” should be pronounced “Au-deez” NOT “Au-deez-iz”, and “LMPs” should be pronounced “L M Peez” NOT “L M Peez-iz”. I’ve noticed you do this throughout this video and in multiple other videos, so thought I would mention it.

When Audi decide to join a motorsport, everyone better prepare for serious competition, potentially dominance. Joined WRC in the 1980s - changed the entire automotive industry and introduced AWD to the masses. Continued that streak in DTM and IMSA. Then decided to join WEC, couple of years later **boom** - diesels are now insanely fast while still being economical. Then let's make things interesting, joining Formula E - most successful team ever. So don't be surprised if they join Formula 1 and hit the ground running. They rarely leave their homework unfinished and their joining usually spells industry-wide changes. I really wonder what would they bring to the F1 table.
I guess AUDI has been underestimated slightly. Hopefully this sort of viedo will boost Audi image. Vividly I recollect the first moment I rode on R8 performante. Audi, I believe, is A reliable and prestigious brand.

Great vid! As a LeMans & Audi fan I appreciate the details you gave. However, one piece of advice…you mispronounced several words and you add an extra s to words that have apostrophes. For example you said “HDI’ses”. It’s pronounced“HDI’s” :) Fix those small grammatical mistakes and your content will be even better! Keep up the good work!
"You haven't won Le Mans until you have beaten Porsche" I feel like that was a Dorsey Schroeder quote but can't remember exactly. Only Renault can claim to have beaten the Porsche factory team in over 50 years

Audi R8 dominated because there where no competitors. And the R8 had a 50HP cut since 2003. "Even the fast Pescarolo" lol. Even in 2006 no cars could match Toyota's pole lap from 1999.
The fact Audi could have gone from 2000 to 2014 undefeated for Le Mans if it hadn't been for 2 cars which is just unbelievable
