Synopsis
A lay-consecrated woman carrying a statuette of the Virgin of Luján across the Mekong River from Phnom Penh to Saigon on a vessel. She is on her way to fulfill a promise. But the destination seems to vanish every time the religious woman is about to reach it, as her journey is marked by fortuitous encounters and bucolic landscapes of the villages of the Mekong Delta.
