A guy who plays multiple sports, it took me 15-16 years old to understand how important stretching is. Even 5 mins before and after is god send. Helps if you can self crack your joints.

I also get really stiff, and bad cramps in my feet and legs too. Idk where to go since I'm only 16, and most of the ones around me don't do minors.

Honestly it was kinda the breaking point in our friendship. I was not only in pain but was being told I was stupid. So the chiropractor really saved me from a buttface of a guy.
