@ordinaryman1904 a disgustingly large amount! My gym use to have this 7lbs of fat "blob" they kept by the personal trainers area (circa 2010). ... but, in 2 daya of perfect eating (12 meals) i dropped 4lbs fro. 229.6 to 225.6 ... of that, i have zero doubt most is waste removal and water drop as I am eating clean. Maybe 1/2lbs of fat. But mostly water and waste. So in the end to get to 190 might be more like 28-30lbs fat lose and 9-10 lbs water lose. Fat people hold water and waste! ... but I am getting DA/OM lean and mean!
@@Steve_aka_Fish I thought I told you guys not to be like me. I never tell people what they’re not able to accomplish. But I often silently wonder if their goals are realistic.
@ordinaryman1904 honestly, i think most people set their goals too low ... but, i hear you, my goals are "ambitious" to say the least but I will give it a go! I was Army not Airforce but their Aim High slogan is spot on in my book.
I wish you, Pirate and everyone else the best of luck with getting more fit and losing some weight! Unfortunately, I can't gain weight lol! I've tried all kinds of different methods since I was 16 and nothing ever worked. For years I was told that there has to be something wrong and I should see a doctor and run tests. So at 40 I did that and told the dr my habits and diet. I had all kinds of tests and bloodwork done and went back to the dr to get the results and he said "Whatever you're doing, keep doing it. You're not healthy, you're perfectly healthy." On one hand it felt great to hear that but on the other hand it sucked cause I knew then that I was always going to be a skinny guy.
@dlostyles1 thanks bro! Nothing wrong with perfectly healthy! What my recommendation would be would be to focus on strength, muscle in time alwaya comes with strength and even if you do not pack on massive amounts of weight you will be rock hard muscle even if thin. Secondly, most people who are hard gainers do not eat enough calories even though they think they are. They are not. Olive oil and whole eggs are a great way to add calories and quality protein and fat. 4 tbsp Olive Oil and 6 whole eggs a day in addition to your daily meals is a great place to start. If you have no physical problems, then given enough calories and heavy weight training, you will grow! I say that all as encouragement, NOT telling you what to do, sounds like you have been at it awhile, i just firmly believe everyone who is healthy can gain muscle given enough food and resistance training. Keep at it bro!!!
while I agree, running is a much more practical and "prep" fitness to have. if everything hits the fan and you have to run away or chase someone, you can't just manufacture that in adrenalin ... know what I mean, maybe it's the paratrooper in me but I just feel men should be able to run a couple miles at a descent clip.... but you are not wrong. I do plan to had some hiit intervals on the bike and rower etc...
I’m with you, JK, after doing several marathons in my early 30s. Recuperating now after getting a knee replacement yesterday. But I have five years on Fish after turning 55 in October, so I’m an “older elder” than he is! 😂
@@Steve_aka_Fish the last gold bull market, in 2011, the price stayed at the established high for two years before it pulled back, once they'd rinsed enough rubes. So we might have one or two more years of this. We'll see if the peak levels off as a plateau. Looks like they're setting up another series of terror scares sadly (a suggestion I made to my brother as to what they'd do for Trump's term, if it wasn't bird flu), which might keep the fear buying going. Be good for the military industrial complex though, stocks related to the installation of a control grid, ID scanners, digital money, etc.
@bullionaddict9164 everyone has much more to lose than they realize ... or could lose much more, I should say, than they realize.... except JK, he is lean mean stacking machine!
How much volume does 38 pounds of fat occupy?

Love it! It’s not going to be easy but anything worth while usually isn’t!
well said!
ROCK N ROLL
yeah buddy!
Cycling and swimming would be better on the body than running. 🚴♂️🏊♂️

@theenglishprofessor8411 jk is 60 and ripped so we should probably listen to him.
Solid Plan!!
Thanks brother
Good luck, know you can do it!
@threetoesstacker3725 thanks brother!
@ I’m doing the 100 sguat a day challenge and 200 pushups, it might kill me🤣
@threetoesstacker3725 i would flip that lol, 100 pushups and 200 squats! 200 pushups a day would break me too!
Wot is up president fish. Make stacking healthy again. First thing they need to do, to fit this health plan, is trim down the gold price.
This is a plan I can get behind!
