40 days.. Thank you for this. I need to feel safe in my heart head, body. Wasn't in the tool kit/survival manual. Those didn't exist either. I'm lost. I'm searching. Am a mess. Can feel this exists, don't know what got triggered. My behavior absolutely needs calm and all I do is be angry because I'm terrified. Hello - yes! You can do any lengths of practice for 40 days. For example a 3 min breath or meditation for 40 days. This one is 17 mins so definitely long enough to do for 40 days.
Still in a fog. Perhaps this activated that I need to pay attention about my health. If I'm to have any chance.. did not know, Gluten messes with your Neurological and Psychiatric... Like the COVID-19 brain fog isn't enough.. Breathing... Thank you for sending hearts and messages. Definate helpful
What happens if I do more than 1 by day? Can I quit the sequence before forty days? Ex: if I do 2 by day I can finish the sequence in 20 days? Or must keep forty days anyway?
Thank you for your comment about, "lean into your spine.." Finding this helps open my chest and lungs, as we as improves posture. Sounds weird I know, I'm having difficulty with breathing. Following the video. Lots of times , I backwards things, Dyslexia. Another challenge. Took me awhile to figure out how to breathe with other yoga too. What might I be able to modify my wrists/elbows, (repetitive strain, plural), have noticed they, have a slight increase in sensation and I would like to try some more... Or, perhaps there's something you might suggest? Have done Restorative Yoga hoping this would help ease with some time. Was. Not a sit still kind of person. Oh, I see a connective tissue video she says, this will help too. With all sincerity, thank you... This takes a lot of brave.

I got about half way into the practice... something may have gotten triggered from yesteryears. My everything, collapsed. No tears. Even stopped breathing for a little while. Thought, 'what am I doing... ' Maybe exhaustion. Yes, I have PTSD. And didn't need to leave home to get it. So glad to remember, and grateful to see your message today, Thank you

Again, I did not know that this was going on. Gluten's effects.. Have not quit wanting healing. Am still doing the best I can for where I'm at... hopefully while breathing. Peace 🕊️

Loneliness for a child. Restless for successful pregnancy. I look for the answer and knowing in these next 40 days.
Should we switch legs during the mantra of ecstasy?
If you need to that’s fine - otherwise stay with the instruction best you can. Kundalini yoga works as a formula.
