- It's getting crazy! I'm so happy with how the digging, building and pump track progression is going. My compound is going to be insane for MTB, BMX and crazy tricks. Comment below some more pump track ideas or cool MTB features for my dirt jump bike.

This is so sick to be following. Pretty excited! Love the straight to the point time lapses
thanks so much man!! really apprecaite your comment!
Love the timelapses. Make one for each thing you build because they look sick
Matt thank you so much, you’ve inspired me to start building my own backyard pump track/ slalom course.
So much Respect for you and your team!So much work, and attention to detail going into this!
You must be very proud of this Matt, what a buzz!
Keep saying it your enthusiasm is intoxicating and you get me all excited watching you create your dream's!
Couldn't be happier for you mate!
Really looking forward to the final product, and to see you ride it will finish it off👍
I think the fish in the drainage was a great idea as well lol!!
the plank on the shovel for a place to stand trick is absolute genius, ill be using it
Said it before , Im going to say it again. New fav creator SIMPLY because you have wicked good taste and make real progress!
thanks so much man! i think it's really important to give you guys entertaining videos!
I agree so much with him. All the other videos i have watched didn't have any any explanation just timlaps and BOOM video over u are one off the best MTB/bike rider tuber i have seen
you should make a roll in from your big landing ( were the rainbow roller is) that jumps over the rainbow roller and lands on the downside. This would then lead to the side of your pump track starting hill were you could then make a quarter pipe
Damn, that is an awesome idea. +1 to this!
thx
Very good idea!
Qman ii
That’s a great idea
Dude if you can you should make a line that links the main jumps into the pump track. Just an idea but would be cool to see a huge berm at the end instead of the old wd40 quarter and than male it connect up with the pump track
Dan Whitsed Yh yh
The dream would be if you could ride the track back up from the bottom of the jump line. Never walk anywhere.
Holy shit thats a great idea!
Matt, I think for the end caps of your retaining wall to give it a angle down look is to bring the retaining wall up level with the face of your roll in to keep the sand in. use 3 full blocks 1 half block, 3 wedges for the slope down to flush with bottom
ha ha ha... love the shovel/plank step up!!!
Loving seeing the pump track coming together!! Looking unreal!
Matt this pump track is awesome, keep up the good work. The content of your vidoes are class and your a natural in front of the camera.
I'm so stoked to see you finish this track up. I would love to help out if I didn't have a giant pond in the way. Maybe I will have to do my own thing then.
i never thought to use milling's, they are usually free and easy to get. grate idea
Why and how can anyone dislike this, awesome effort and inspirational work! Thanks Matt
Really enjoyed the time lapse at the end. Can't wait for you to ride it.
Luv your vids the ur tips are so good for building my own in the woods
that's amazing, thanks for your comment!
I'm thinking maybe needing a small bank between the down double and rainbow. Looks like there's an angle change that might not flow without a small bank/berm. And I would try if possible to find a place to try and make a 6 pack. Nothing more fun than trying to triple triple or quad double or whatever line can be done 👍 track is looking sweet!!
So sick can't wait to see you ripping it up. Altho was gutted not to see you at the first crankworxs stop especially when I realized that it was you on the screen shot advertising it.
Looks sick! Can't wait to see how you make the transition from the double to the rainbow.
Looks awesome. I'd fill you're ditch full of gravel, i think they call it a French drain? Stops you tripping over it and stops it filling up with leaves and stuff
The pump track is looking so sick can't wait until it's finished. Great vid loving the time lapse 🤘🤙
thanks dude! yeah the time lapses look so cool, especially the ones at the end
Can’t wait to see you ride it 👊
i'm excited too!
I’m not sure if you’ve already thought of this but you should use the back of the retaining wall as a quarter. You could also use it as a hip so you can take another lap.
Sick series, awesome time-lapses especially the end edits.
What about a secrion where thebline splits, straight on is a big double and thebother line takes an s berm down into a massive bomb-hole underneath and in the gap of the double? It can berm back out and join back into the main line. Major feature, but it’d be sick for some mad train runs!
Top guy 🤘.. Love watching these building vids 👍
For that straightaway you should do two swirly lines crossing each other so you can either follow one or the second or some combionation of any of their jumps
I wish i had this much dirt and had the tools!
how about a wallride on top of the rainbow? (following the curve it has)
also you could use rocks/rubble under the jumps so you use less sand.
This is so satisfying, I would give you a hand as I love building but I live far from you unfortunately! Loving the work.
Glad to see the hair piece is rocking again Matt. Lol.
That pump track is going to be INSANE!!!!
Dude that is so sick! Can't wait to see you guys shred it!
Track is looking sweet, Would love more/longer Matt Jones videos with you building it up. Should get Sam Pilgrim to help with the shovels
lovin the time lapse's to see the progress place looks siiiick!
thanks dude, the time lapses are sick yeah!
That pile of dirt by the rainbow make into another filler that then links back on after the rainbow, so you add lines, plus then you could transfer from one to the other is the roller is big enough
very interesting to see this epic job start to finish. Your uploads are rad, I don't even ride but I subscribed and look forward to more!
i know clay is very hard but the side of that rainbow pump bump is a bit steep, you might have to build a little retaining wall to stop the soil from settling over time.
Theres a thing called the angle of repose, its the natural angle from the ground that materials form when piled up. if your specific soil is above that angle, over time it will settle.
Just after the triple pump and under the rainbow that pile of mud could be used to make a jump, two lines where the rainbow is and can connect straight after
dude im loving the channel and sad i only just found it! lovin the set up and i hope to make something like this myself someday.
Think you can transfer from the kicker to the rainbow?
yeah i think so but it's pretty far and gnarly.. so yeah for sure... haha
It will look so insane!!! I believe in you! hahahaha
lookin well sick - stoked for you dude - defo makin the most of the compound 🤘
Hi Matt, loving the videos! I'm kinda new to jump building so this might be impossible, but at the end you could have a big hip jump over the breezeblocks and back to the beginning roll in? Looks like the roll in may be too steep but just and idea - keep up the great videos!
Fair do's bro,,,,bin in construction all me life and youve done a mighty fine job bro seriously good job,,,,,,,,peace out,,, get harry on riding it deffo,,,, top job hi5,,!!!
awesome job exactly how i imagined it!! you should try making a little drop down so you kill some of the momentum from the rollers but you could also make a landing like a roller after the drop down and for future lines you can ride the drop off and the roller or just straight use the speed from the berm to jump the whole thing and land on the end of the roller?
Just an idea :)
A true piece of art dude! 🤘🏼
That's looks so good and smooth i just want to see you ride it! you build like a god
Your building is just quality🤘🏻
Boy you take no dig no ride to a hole be level. Epic bro I’m down the south for a few weeks working I’d love to see this in the flesh
Top of start ramp . Try some postcrete ready mix from b and q and make it look like render round that corner , it's rapid set too
Love the tips on building mate!
Looking sick! But will deffo need some concrete bunnies and gnomes to finish the magical atmo.
Looks good! What it needs is a double you can park the c63 in the middle of 😉 Well done on visiting the barbers to 😅
that looks sick, can't wait to see you ride it
You should do an optional line with gaps and stuff that links back into the main line!
Who needs health and safety when you got mate's
You should turn the mound next to the rainbow into a lip that connects with the bottom of the rainbow or just after
Awesome fun... Love to visit it in summer im in scotland👍
The side of the roll in where the breeze blocks are you could make that into a quarter pipe which would be sick
so exited to see the finished result !!!!!
Looks well nice 👍
gonna be sick!
Hey should use some if that wood as features on the track, for doing tyres slides or stuff like that
It looks good now, Its easy when you have a land to build on. And one thing is for sure, this is a good retirement investment when your older sharing the pump track to the people. ☺
haha thanks mate, I love digging and making videos for you all
Doing a awasome job there lads
Could finish the wall off with some coping stones
Hand rail just get some scaffold simple and cheap
Should get some big led flood lights on a small jenny would be cool to ride at night
Roughly how much of the track have you completed would you say? Wanna get an idea of how long this track will be! 😆
So sweet man! I love it looks great!
Theres a new pump track opening in wootton soon too, you can see it on the A421
Build a jump at the end as a transfer hip that links up the start and the end
Sick lines appearing , looking well fast and it aint even been completed let alone ridden yet.
Ideas:double rollers or jumps, tabletops, wall berms.
Loving the pumptrack series, the pumptrack looks so sick
Wow. Keep up the good work!
Sick content Matt! Why not hire a wee 1.7 tonne digger to strip the turf and dig your drains? Will Save a lot of time compared to using a shovel, also with your drains make them a V or swale type and fill them with large rock to
Protect the bottom and sides from scouring out. Keep up the great work mate, I tune in everyday all the way from New Zealand 🇳🇿. you will be a legend if you pinned this comment .PEACE!
Looks sick... But did you play with idea of retaining walls on the sides of the berms? Then you can hollow out the bottom edge to put in a drain pipe. Just an idea
I'm not sure if your filming or riding is better Matt. IDK if you have access to the same thing but in the states alot of people burn the surface of jumps to super harden them
Looks sick so far Matt!
This keeps getting better and better
Do you think you could ride it on skis or a snowboard? You should rent a snow canon and get some of your skiing mates over in the middle of summer
You should add a BBQ and a set of huge speakers maybe incorporated into the track?!?!
The plile next to the rainbow can be made into a jump and the rainbow should be called the radbow
You should make a big hip step up just under the part your going to ride on up to the landing that would be so sick
ice pick Harry main style with a barrow 😱😂😂😂 ❤️IT BIG shout out to the barrow boys 🙏🏻👍🏻✌🏻️❤️
You could make that retaining wall on the side of the roll in, a quarter
Build some doubles in the mittle of the pump track so that it is like a trails line
Pump track looks sick
Where the landing is, next to the big side roller you should have a small dirt jump type jump bc u would have loads of speed
You should make two lines for the last straight one side should be doubles and and the other 2 big gap jumps
You should make a gap jump in the middle of the track and rolers leading up to it.
AYEEE PUMP TRACK LOOKING AMAZING!
Pump bump sounds so much better than the rainbow
Loving the content matt. Can't wait until it's finished its gona look lit. BTW ur hair looks great
To the right of the rainbow u could build a jump and then the rainbow links on to it at an alternate line
Looks awesome! Good effort, lad!
gotta be that guy. surely that was a wheel barrow tooth pick hahaha
thats looks like a nice load of p205 sand from heath and reach quarry.
You could make it sure the track keeps going back on it’s self 180 degree then you can get more track out of the space
Sick video as always :) Im trying to build me a good pump track with dirtjumps :)
Sick. Next vid better show the spot you're leaving for the BBQ Matt!
Jealous... you have great friends. I once started to build a pump track and all my friends said, “SICK, I’ll help you build it Bro”. One after another they all assured me that they would help but, when the time came to actually help everyone one was way to busy to grab a shovel! Fucked I’ll right? I still built some doubles but not a whole pumper.
Shoutout to your crew 👍
