Bro this stand is terrible, all spammers play on it, they went online once and saw a combo and everyone started spamming it, they spam combos, when they used the combo they immediately ran away and waited for skills
Average Sakura stands new specs be like. I know it's a pain, but you can't do anything about it other than outplay their annoying play style. Dash at the right time, parry - you're gonna need those 2 the most. Obviously if you meet a pro using Geto then you die in 1.5 combo, they won't run and will continuously attack you. Well good luck, Sakura stand pvp these days kind of sucks anyway lol ヘ(￣ω￣ヘ)
