TODAY'E RECIPE IS Butter Cookies Melt In Your Mouth | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
BUTTER - 100 GM (SOFTEN)
POWDER SUGAR - 5 TBSP
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1/2 TSP
FLOUR/MAIDA - 3/4 CUP ( 1/4 CUP 3 TIMES)
CORN FLOUR - 1/4 CUP
1 CUP = 250 ML
you can skip corn flour & add in total 1 cup flour. but for better result do not skip corn flour

Omg! Hands down the best tasting biscuits recpie i have tried so far. Just follow the ingredients step by step as told by her and the result will be amazing. I dont know how but they do rise and give the best crumbly yet melt-in-the-mouth texture which is superb. I made one batch and it got finished within minutes. Eventhough my butter did not airate as much as hers and mine was crumbly but i didn't add anything and followed her recipe as it is and it turned out amazing. Everyone back at home just loved them! Thanks a lot.

I tried this recipe twice but the cookies do not hold the shape. They flatten disc type.. The only solution i could think of is to refrigerate the tray after piping out the cookies.but the recipe doesn't ask for it. U seem to have gotten it right hence asking for ur help. where did i go wrong??? Please help

I tried out these cookies three times, but I have a major problem. I don't know why my cookie dough became dry when I add flour to the butter and sugar mixer. It doesn't combined as shown in the video like a smooth consistency. Please help and reply.
