    it truly works i have a fixed 4-5 hrs of study session in library ,no matter what, I started sitting in library with books so naturally my focus and sitting capacity increased from being distracted every 15 mins to focussing at a stretch for an hour.
    Also due to peer pressure i avoid mobilephones .

      Yes, absolutely. Environment matters. If the environment naturally nudges you towards focus, then hold on to it until you become a CA.

    Thanks alot for reminding...I knows this all tricks but didn't thought if I implement them then I can actually succeed in life.
    I am stuck in this situation where I have taken leaves to study but not studying at all, and also not getting proper sleep due to this regret that I am not doing what I have to do.
    Thanks a ton, now I will follow all the instructions you have suggested in this video

    Amazing , Actually I too came to know about this technique through a psychatrist on youtube. He said the same and I experimented it. It works , the beautiful part about this technique is this will work almost for all the work not only studies. Example : If you are struggling with consistency in working out every day then just show up to the gym sit there for 20 mins and come back, by doing so we will start working out naturally instead for pushing ourself to the work. The only pain point is elimination of the distraction.

    • @CAHareesh
      @CAHareesh  5 днів тому +1

      True. This method is used by a lot of authors who struggle to get the manuscripts written within a deadline. Those who follow this method, have a prolific rate of output.

    All of your videos are very good and eye opening especially the video where you talk about unhealthy perfectionist, it is literally me. So i got some good awareness from your videos. Thank you for making these for ca students.
    I have one question ,you said in order to focus u should keep all electronics away but what if we have to study and watch video materials using tab or laptop, How to not get distracted then? It's literally in my arms . I switch off my phone and keep all the distractions away but when i try to through the video materials i watch for a while and automatically i just close it and watch youtube without much thinking. Like i mean it happens like a reflex action. How to tackle this? Have you faced this during your journey? Please make a video about this it'll be very helpful!🙏 ❤

    Hello sir, could you please help me, on how to study for CMA along with a job. My working hours are 9 hours, and i want to clear both the groups of intermediate level. Please tell me how to prepare for both the groups along with a job ?

    • @CAHareesh
      @CAHareesh  2 дні тому

      Hello. Thank you for writing. If you're working for 9 hours a day, I would say, it's wise to take it group by group. But if you're particular about clearing both groups at once, then I would say, give yourself a year's time at least. The equation is simple. Theory papers, read the full material cover to cover at least 6 times. Problem papers solve all the problems at least 3 times. It will take at least 150 hours per paper of solid preparation so you can have a great shot at clearing. I wish you the best!

    Should we write Only, the thinking we think OR also to write the random thought, scenarios,situations which automatically comes in our mind ,while we are studying with timer of 15 minutes. Plz reply

    • @CAHareesh
      @CAHareesh  2 дні тому

      I would not recommend to capture every random thought. That would become cumbersome. You should capture only the three categories of thoughts that come to your mind particularly which are too compulsive. But other random passing thoughts, you let them go.

    • @CAHareesh
      @CAHareesh  2 дні тому +1

      You can. But you need to spend as little hours as possible in classes. Forget about 150-200 hours long lectures. Pick marathon lectures or the rapid revision ones which are not more than 20 hours per paper. And then aim to give theory papers at least 6 rounds of study and problem papers at least 3 rounds. All Institute Study materials.

      No. It might resemble that way. But Pomodoro asks you to fully focus on the task at hand. It doesn't give you allowance to just sit and wind down the clock. This system does that.
