I liked the way you mentioned that this clip was primarily uploaded by Diwan Singh ji and then you re-uploaded it. Nowadays people repost content without giving credits. And people like me get excited to listen, as I think there's something new. But after listening I come to know that it has been reposted. (Sometimes we also get to know by the time of the clip) Keep posting 👍🏻
Wonderful! Thank you for sharing 😊🙏 This bandish seems another one composed by Panditji himself. Does anyone know the meaning please? Never heard the word "amona" but based on the rest of the bandish, I think it means "silent".
@@devanshphadke This may not be correct in this context. I have one recording in which Kumarji says ""अमोना रे म्हणजे मी बोलू लागलो. मी आता मौन नाहीये. मी जेव्हा बोलायचं ठरवलं तेव्हा ही बंदिश केलेली आहे." Translation - "Amona means I am talking now. I am not holding Maun/Silence. When I decided to speak I created this bandish"
Amona is a place in madhya Pradesh near devas as stated by shree bhuvanesh komkali ,pandit Ji's grandson . He said that Kumar ji was quite amused by just the way the word amona sounds . The context of this bandish was using the word amona or अ मौना meaning resistance to silence,Kumar ji after the creation of this bandish started to actually talk about his music and the intricacies of raag sangeet since he was mauna or silent on such topics previously when asked due to whatever reasons . With this bandish his readiness to preach to the common man is enshrined.
बरसों बाद यह आनंदमयी बंदिश सुनने को मिली l
आपका बहुत - बहुत आभार l
