Reminds me when I was a kid in LA in the 50s. They were truck gardens and fields every where and lots of oil wells.

They seemed to shrug off drunk driving. Im sure there were MANY potential deadly accidents caused by drunk drivers back then… so I wonder when it finally dawned on society to make it illegal to drive under the influence.

Dozens of actors and stories would be reprised during Dragnet (TV Series) and occasionally on Adam 12. Jack Webb was "the King of frugality." A minimalist who wasted nothing!

Yes, the footstep sounds could have been improved …. especially since they used the sound effect so often.
