If myers still have his knife and frank has zero weapons, then maybe yeah.. micheal myers is such a big dude with extraordinary strength than ordinary people, but myers is slower, but so myers could also be able to use the small space of fighting in the room to not able for frank to dodge and move away, just like back and forth fight even both has no knife and weapons michael myers strength will prevail. If myers had a knife within the room with frank, maybe frank fighting skills shows to make him able to steal that knife. If hand to hand within a room, maybe myers, both has a high pain tolerance, but I don't know, only guess..

Gotta give it to the punisher, I don’t see Myers hitting him that much, he is definitely more durable but we’ve seen him go into a coma for a year to recover from being shot up, frank could easily spray him down with his signature m60 and I’m sure he has plenty of explosives to do the job and if the guns don’t work I can’t see myers landing enough hits to kill frank so I think frank takes this
This matchup is one of the most ridiculously stupid and unfair matchups ever. Mike has no chance on beating frank. A guy who shows up to a gun fight with a knife and also moves each feet 5 seconds apart. This is an insult to the punisher.

That’s not the problem for Frank. Problem is if he doesn’t do enough damage quickly enough Michael will get right back up like nothing happened.

While i don't doubt punisher would win, there are 2 things to consider:
1, environment of fight. An area where micheal can use his stealth and stalking ability to ambush frank can be a huge advantage or disadvantage.
2, if it goes to a hand to hand fight, how badly will frank be injured after the fight?

A slug-fest with no weapons: Michael Wins. Frank has had noticeable difficulty with super-strong big guys in the past and often can't beat them in a straight-up slug-fest unless he catches them off guard. That being said, Frank definitely won't go down easy.
Mele & improvised weapons: Punisher Wins. He'll probably take a severe beating in the process, but Frank is a highly-skilled fighter who will use anything and everything to win. Worst case scenario, it's a repeat of Frank vs The Russain. Easily one of the worst beatings Frank's ever received and he still found a way to kill that guy.
Any and all weapons: Punisher, No Contest. Frank is a highly trained sniper. If he doesn't get an immediate headshot, he will shred Michael Myers to pieces with bullets

Honestly yeah I can see Frank beating Michael. Sure Michael has survived getting shot multiple times but he doesn't power drew them and keeps going towards the target he always ends up getting pushed back and falling over rendering him unconscious. Frank just has to shoot him enough until Michael can't take anymore and Falls unconscious then go up and find something to finish him off with.
Punisher is going to win he is a fliping one-man army!!! Bulletproof vest on we don't have any strength feet from punisher but he is at peak human, punisher is also incredibly durable and has a high pain tolerance level he's taken gunshots and kept on fighting, getting beat up just make some ticked, he's also an incredible fighter being trained as a Marine!! He's also an expert in all forms of weapons rifles, pistols grenade launchers machine guns. Michael Myers is significantly stronger than a body builder and has incredible healing, in one of the Halloween movies Michael Myers took on multiple shotgun shots at once from 8 men all over his body and somehow survived in the end. I would like to say he is immortal however he really can just regenerate tissue at an amazing rate but if you cut off his head that is where it ends.

This fight comes down to two things. Frank’s training and Frank’s arsenal. He’s never fought anything like Punisher before. Frank will get him. Anyone who says Michael is unkillable, my question is “Has he ever been blown up before?” Frank has access to heavy duty weaponry the likes of which Michael has never seen before. And if we’re talking Marvel 616 Frank with access to Pym Particles and War Machine armor and stuff of that like, Michael doesn’t stand a chance Thorn curse or not. I’ve also always wondered about Michael’s teleportation trick as well. I don’t think he actually teleports. I think staring at him causes madness and hallucinations. If he could teleport out of the way of gunfire, why didn’t he just teleport out of the way of the state troopers gunfire at the end of Halloween 4? Or Loomis’s gunfire in Halloween…or Halloween 2? Laurie has shot him on 2 occasions in Halloween 2 and in Halloween 2018. He only seems to “teleport” when he’s being watched. Also, even if he can, Frank has dealt with teleporters in the past. He’s wiped out the entire marvel universe (granted in a What If…) It’s almost an unfair fight. The Punisher will get him.

Frank isn't afraid to chemically enhance himself. When jigsaw cut his face to pieces, he clobbered a street dealer for his heroin .he has regularly used amphetamine and adrenaline as well as testosterone. He is peak level han, with access to any weapon imaginable. Hell....he even once ride the star goat to odinhiem to kill an ice giant. He won that fight. Michael meyers is a beast, but frank wins 99 out of a hundred. In fact, mike would lose interest quick unless frank married his sister or some shit. I like this series though. Keep em coming!

Castle will shoot Myers a few times, center mass. Myers will fall down and then get back up. Castle will shoot Myers in the head. Myers will fall down and then get back up. Castle will then smile, break out heavy artillery and target Myers’ limbs, blowing them clean off his body. Standing over Myers’ torso, which would still be alive and somehow rocking back and forth, Castle will level a sawed off right against Myer’s mask. “You should’ve stayed in the asylum,” is the last words Myers will ever hear-right before the shotgun ends him.

This is a complicated character. 1st he is not a normal human & insane serial killer. 2nd he's not a zombie like Jason. 3rd It seems he may have a healing ability too survive curtain wounds and injuries. This does not mean he's immortal. Yet it seems that their is some kind of supernatural dark magic at hand) too his existence. There's plenty of proof in many horror classic. How too kill or defeat an immortal being or creature by beheading & dismemberment + burning the remains too ashes or buried them apart secure on holy ground. For examples: The immortals in Highlander, Vampires in Blade, Medusa the gorgon in Clash of the titans and the Blood Queen in Hellboy 2019 movie.
Beheading is effective it seems.
I think even Ash Williams of the evil dead series can take Mayers out too.

Both can be extremely sadistic and bloodlusted. Myers might be thrown off by the savagery of frank in the beginning. But I don't see how frank can last a long time in H2H. He's is great physical condition but michael is borderline superhuman with great durability as well
