LIFE SAVER! I started surfing this summer and was looking into getting a wetsuit for winter. I went in a surf shop to try one on to get an idea of what size I would be and spent 20 MINUTES trying to put one on unsuccessfully. I just bought one and watched this video and it went so smoothly! Thank you so much for posting this!!! The first time I tried to get my wet suit on, took me 20 minutes and I left a nice thumb nail mark in it. (If you have tips to fix it, let me know.) I used your advice during my first triathlon and I had that baby on in less than 2 minutes and it was so easy! My transition time was only 1:30. Probably not the best, but for my first Tri, I impressed myself. Lol. Again, you save me. I almost retuned it because I thought it was too small. Nope, fits perfect once it’s on the right way! 👏👏👏
So glad it was helpful! to repair the small fingernail tear do get a wetsuit neoprene repair kit. Amazon for $14. Otherwise it will continue to tear. Great job on your first Tri!!! Have fun out there and enjoy it
Nice tips about the conditioner and working from the inside out and how not to tear it, how not to choke yourself and how to make it easier getting it off. 👍🏽

wow, i've been putting on wetsuits for 50 yrs., didn't know i was doing it the easy way until i saw this crazy uber technical vid, so where do you shower after all that conditioner.

My experience is new to this and my quick question is getting it off easier with a lotion that sounds brilliant I can tell you I haven't tried it yet but I'm hoping the lotion will work and anything else let us know QUESTION QQQ, I have a question about the body Glide, what could be an alternative product to use for protecting the delicate skin around the neck from chafing from the fit of the collar on the bodysuit?

*I love this suit! Super comfy/soft and fits well. I am about 5’4, around 135 lbs and got a Medium, but I believe I could’ve fit a Large as well. The suit doesn’t lay flush against my back as somebody else pointed out, but since I’ll just be using it while doing water sports it really doesn’t matter. I would definitely recommend!*
What swimsuit do you recommend on wearing under a wetsuit? Could I wear a womens one piece swimsuit to stay warmer and would it help it come off and on easier?
As a plus size person, I have found wearing a pair of lycra leggings helps getting my wetsuit on and off much easier, this combined with the plastic bag iver your feet trick, it no longer takes me forever to get my wetsuit on.

Yes use Vaseline or petroleum jelly
Why do you not think about the lovely sea where you swim ? You pollute the water with your lotions and conditioners..

I have worn Lycra pantyhose /tights underneath and found it much easier to get out of my old style wetsuit much easier.
Sweetest💖💖💖💖💖💖😁👍 but I use a 2 PC 7mm and a full size large bet in and out alot easier...
