Great video! I replaced smoking heavy tobacco with the lowest nicotine vaping about 12 years ago. I had asthma and chronic bronchitis when I was on heavy tobacco. 3 months into vaping and I could throw away all my asthma medication. Never had any lung problems since even though I am now vaping for 12 years. To be clear, vaping is also not healthy! But imho it's far less dangerous than smoking tobacco. Also, I am glad that there is finally a video about smoking vs vaping that does not bring up popcorn lung. Since that was debunked years ago. Popcorn lung was caused by diacetyl in liquids which is banned in almost every country and was already banned in most European countries.
I hope the future will bring more realistic studies into vaping. I may quit vaping one day but I am not ready for it right now. Also, there are a lot of sources saying that vaping causes people to smoke tobacco but I have yet to find any peer reviewed scientific research that proves this. If anyone has a link to a peer reviewed scientific research about that please share it! Thanks.
