As a practitioner of law I can tell you Ron would not have won due to his dedication to incorporate feelings as the prosecution you can not rely on the fact that “Kanye let us down” as your main focal point. CP counter acting and saying that we shouldn’t want everyone to be Martin Luther king tugged in the moral and insightfully strings of the jury. Also the life is Martin Luther king ends in tragedy so to want all our black peoples of power to hold that mantle is selfish and equates to more damage than one would initially think.
I love watching actual trials...this is the best fake-trial I've seen. So funny lol.

And one is accused and being investigated. They’re being dealt with. Kanye isn’t accused of criminal activity. A black card being revoked is more for perceived betrayal, ignorance or foolishness. Not serious crimes.
