Tank is not a welterweight. Going up will make him more slower and Ryan will be at his best weight. This is like Mayweather vs a Prime Canelo. Mayweather never fought at middleweight or higher. That’s Canelos best weight.

Harvey Dock the Ref, did his very best to give Haney a little extra time to recover from each knockdown. Haney had Bambi legs, if anything he impressed me to hang in, but the Ref helped him survive by not calling some knockdowns and being sure to aggressively push back a tired Garcia late in the fight, try and zap some energy push backs, it worked

The weight does'nt really matter. They can fight at 160 lbs and Davis beats the current Garcia handily.
