A really wonderful video Kim. Great images, but what inspirers me most is your genuine passion for nature and being able to convey that to your followers. This one truly moved me. I have also changed my approach to photography and now take time to look and listen in the forest. This has allowed me to see more of the beauty of shapes and light in nature. I hope one day you can get time to write another book as you progress in your journey. Take care. 🙏🙏 Ross Hiroshima.
Thank you for this lovely comment, Ross. It's so lovely to hear how your approach has changed to adopt more slowing down and connecting. I'm sure I will write another book soon ☺️🙏
Very inspired images! Beautiful autumn colours. Walking in the woods looking for photographic inspiration is one of my favourite hobbies. It’s like finding the harmonious details in all that large bushy forest. It takes time. Sometimes I don’t have the patience as I just want to do more walking than shooting. But to find those interesting frames is quite rewarding.
Great video calming, relaxing, and packed with real world advice. Thanks for sharing your keen awareness of your surroundings. The ability to recognize the small compositions within the woodland is amazing. Thanks
Beautiful sunlight images. You touched on water, leafs in water was an image I did last week. The reflection of water and leafs were magnificent. As always, thanks for sharing your images and thoughts with us.
Wonderful images on a wonderful day out. I took off yesterday and only took my long lens. I thought that it was a mistake, but the images turned out really cool! Thanks for sharing your time with me and allowing me to tag along with you!
I’m finding my self being drawn more and more to impressionist styles of photography. Particularly the Pictorialist and ICM types of images. Lovely video again Kim. Rod
Hi Kim, I've been watching your content for at least a year now and your photos have always been lovely. Especially enjoying this new approach. I tried your ideas this weekend for light through the leaves and contrasting background. Really loved it!! thank you!!
Kim, love the leaves😂 I also love shoting blacklisted leaves. The colors, texture, details are amazing. I am not a morning person, but have adapted to learning how the afternoon light comes through, and shows off the details of the world, be it nature, abstract or street photography. Keep up the great work !!❤❤❤
Your enthusiasm Kim is contagious so out I went , captured some pretty good woodland treasures . Thank you for the an awesome vlog. Have a peaceful week. Looking to see you next Sunday for more story telling.
Great video Kim! It can be hard to stop chasing the grand vista with amazing light. Your video is a good reminder to enjoy the journey and shoot what speaks to you along the way.
Beautiful video and a wonderful way to start the day. Lovely images of the light filled leaves. My favorites are the ICM images of the grasses in the water, so inspiring. Thank you for sharing your creativity once again.
Your video content this week is such a coincidence. I've spent more time in the woods this past week. Primarily looking for fungi but I too have been fascinated by the light and how it highlights the beautiful autumnal tones. I've also been practicing ICM. I read someone mention a technique they described as dancing with your camera. Definitely something I will try more. Your ICM images of the reads are beautiful.
What a lovely relaxing video Kim you captured all colours so beautifully I was doing similar last week on Exmoor woodland and you are so right you emerse yourself in your surroundings ❤
Certainly getting back to vlogging as you used to with great thoughtful images, I have been disappointed with some creators recently who have gone out in fantastic locations and have not produced a single image, you have shown that there is always something to shoot! Thank you. I have probably commented before that I see some of your images making great cards?😀
Hi Kim, a great video again! I have to admit: I'm one of those who prefer woodland photography in the early morning 😊 What should I say? The atmosphere simply supports that isolation process and leads to that awesome mood. But I really do like your approach of picking out details during the day and creating isolation by bokeh. You got some really awesome images by that 😉 Nice greetings, Christian
Hi Kim, visiting you after so long. After much deliberations & contemplation I got myself a full sensor body, I was targeting this particular model since quite a few years, but my finances were not allowing me to go for it. Right after procurement I lost suddenly all the innate drive to shoot - no idea, what happened. But I have slowly started again & in the process broke a costly ND filter, primarily thanks to my carelessness. Hope this will not put me down for long. Wonderful to watch you shoot👏💕! Am not sure, we are connected through Instagram, but would love to interact & exchange with you. Peace & harmony🙏
Hello Kim. I love watching your videos. In our world of doom and gloom, you manage to see the best and inspire. My thanks to you.
This is lovely to hear, Ivan! Thank you 😊 🙏

Good morning/ afternoon Kim, great Sunday video. Yes the beautiful images are out there, I have learned to slow down and look.
Very inspiring Kim! I love your positivity. 🙂
Well our first cool front is about to come thru so I know what I am going to photograph. Thanks

I enjoy back lit leaves, too, Kim, not only in Autumn, but in spring and summer with vibrant greens as well. Cheers

I did this last evening to move a bit and to just take a look around. Beautiful images!
Just absolutely love it Kim❤
Great content Kim, wonderful images. The autumn colours are striking :-).
What incredible images and experience, Kim! Fascinating as always.

Thank you, Julia. ICM is a wonderful technique to enjoy.
Using a 70-300 mm this fall and making o lovely leave photos
I like your approach to photography. It is different than those that are just clicking in hopes they can sell something.
Beautiful !..as always
Thanks!
Thank you very much 😊 🙏
Thanks Kim. I am headed out this morning to do exactly this. Nice to see you.
Hope you had a lovely time Terry
Loving the return to vlogging. I did some similar photography recently, but am waiting on film to be developed.

Thank you, Christian. Being in the woodland early morning certainly is lovely. Always a blessing when we can enjoy it 😊🙏
Exceptionally beautiful images! Thank you.
Deep perception= conciousness change.
I have not seen you on here for a long time. As always brilliant work. How about some mega data in the pictures next time
It started to snow here today. Winter has started and things change again. ❄️
Fabulous content as usual
Nice contrast! Did you use a polarizer?
Thank you - No, I didn't use a polariser
U remind me of brad carr photographer
Thank you, Rob. I had not heard of him but did some research. His philosophy certainly resonates.
