About Guru Paranjothi Subramaniam:
Paranjothi Subramaniam is a Kundalini Master, residing in Malaysia coming from a lineage of Indian Kundalini masters, namely Gnanavallal Paranjothi Mahan and Paranjothi Sivasankaran. His deep understanding of ancient meditation techniques and Kundalini Yoga, his knowledge of modern psycho-therapies and his keen interest in the current sciences have brought forward a unique spiritual master. He creates, designs and conducts his dynamic programs in a way that shifts and uplifts people's awareness about the significance of having proper knowledge of consciousness. His programs are based on self-healing, self-development and self-fulfillment.
Upon receiving the blessings of his Spiritual Masters, His Holiness Gnanavallal Paranjothi Mahan and Principle Guru, Paranjothi Sivasankaran, Paranjothi Subramaniam left his successful career to become a Spiritual Master. He embraced the latest western concepts in psychology and psychotherapy which took him to the United States. Then he met his mentor W. Brugh Joy, M.D. who made him realize the importance of Heart Centre Meditation. Blending ancient teachings with the latest Western concepts, he created the "Best of the East and the West".
In 1988, he established Self Awareness Centre and developed a basic programme called 7 Day Transformational Journey (7DTJ). Self Awareness Centre is a non-religious, non-communal and non-political organisation. To-date, over 800 Transformational Journey Programmes has been conducted, benefiting and changing the lives of over 40,000 participants. This dynamic and effective programme has benefited all level of seekers.
All these were done with simple yet generous aim,
"Build People Psychologically; Uplift Them Spiritually And The People Will build The Nation".
