As talented as he is, it's tough to admire a guy that conducts himself like that. He's done it quite a bit in past battles, I'd just like to see him be a bit more professional when it's his opponents turn because if people do that during his rounds he will take it personally and it comes off real hypocritical. That's just my take.

I don't think he would have had a problem either way, although I must say I thoroughly preferred Diz earlier in his career as opposed to recent battles. Gjonaj is awesome! He just isn't Diz. He also dropped out of the Grand Prix and he might have had the chance to see whether he could potentially win against Diz. Like I said in my first comment dude, I think Gjonaj has mad pen game. But you gotta look at these things in the full context of a battle. Having good material is only part of it. You have to perform good too and keep your composure. Again, it's a BATTLE.
