Im so so tired of understanding it, having glimpses.... but still not being seen fully ... ufff ...
The existence/life is one and flowing by itself.
Within the flow there is an amazing phenomenon which is the illusion of separation and controlling.
What is Actually happening that this marvellous flow has an invisible floating energy (thoughts) which pops up to steer the forms of energy (body).
So what ever the separate-self thinks is doing,
Actually the flow is doing/flowing.
Anyway, You are the flow, you have always been that, but the illusion was veiling such beautiful truth.
The truth/flow unveils itself by itself.
Reading this is a sign of unveiling.
Eventually, When the flow is being aware of itself.
You (true-Self) can miraculously manoeuvre the flow (yourSelf) by manipulating the energy, via being.
Be, and it is.
The funny thing is even that is the flow’s doing/plan.
Note: The sense of the separate-self and free will ,, will still be there, but after the previous Realisation, the true freedom & happiness will merge with it.

Through awareness does the discernment of direct experiencing and the me become more distinct, though i am aware there isn't a me, i do realize that the mind is a storyteller so does this become more clear, thank you
But once it’s seen ( that there is no separate person)-isn’t it sometimes that things aren’t all that different as far as the everyday life . It doesn’t have to be all that different right? because anything is possible and there never was a self to begin with right? Each character still remains to some degree with preferences, but it’s just that the preferences don’t really matter, they are just patterns that have “developed over time”. Hopes and dreams could be seen as utterly ridiculous, but it would seem that in the world of apparent form, the apparent life,with all it’s goings on for each character, can still be filled with some passion for things being done, even when it’s known there’s no meaning in those things that one is passionate about right?? In other words passion doesn’t have to die just because it becomes apparent there is no separation and only this…
Who feels sadness if there is no you...hmmm?

Attachment to ‘things’
Everything we know is in our mind and not true or real. The only truth is the experience
Do you have advice when the ego is on its last legs and emotions of fear and even terror arise when surrendering? Is it inevitable to give up your will and feel like you will die. Or is there a way to to make it less painful

My confusion with this is, would you be bothered if you was going to be killed because it seems that if we was to feel this like you do we wouldn't be bothered if someone had a gun to our head. Also, if you hit your hand with a hammer there is still pain.
The goal of life should be unlearning and acceptance, not learning and seeking

I'm just wondering why you have long hair? Hair is an attachment to beauty in Buddhism, right?
I'm genuinely curious because I'm very into Buddhist practice lately and last year I decided to shave my head.
I'm a woman and it helps me to let go of my attachment to my ego and who I was as my former self.
I'm just curious what made you decide to keep your long hair and if you find it is any hindrance to letting go of ego/attachment.

I'm not trying to be dramatic, but it sounds like (and I'm definitely not putting words in your mouth!), but it sounds like suicide wouldn't be a 'bad" (or good) thing. if it's just neutral, no one in the body, it wouldn't matter, if nothing matters. If it's too painful for the body / mind, it would be ok to go. (?) If it seems like the kindest thing. (?)
Suicide has never been “bad”. It’s peoples ego’s and attachments that make it “bad”
@@violetselene244 Suicide is probably one of the most selfish acts one can commit. If you don’t believe in a soul or consequences , yeah I guess “who cares.” But let’s not preach careless words . Suicide is the ultimate form of ego . You lost to your own thoughts .
