Spent my whole life seeking the end of fear but now it seems all I have found is the end of ME! Not exactly what I was looking for!

Thank you. This is the clearest description of how things played-out for me. It was/ is very difficult. I tried in vain to (carefully) discuss this with people in my spiritual community. I was so afraid that I would sound like a 'crazy' person (or that I had indeed quickly developed a severe mental illness), because I hadn't heard anyone else describe it. I experienced a sensation of 'hitting-a-brick-wall' when I realized nobody can understand - unless they've been there. And surprisingly many haven't 'been there' despite meditating for decades and having vast academic knowledge on the subject. 3 years later I still don't know how to live my life when I've essentially 'dropped-out'. However, this healthy body has SO much potential! My sense of self has re-solidified in certain areas of life as I focus on using my potential to be beneficial to all the others. There is no emptiness without form, and I have much more choice over the forms that I create these days. Qu: Who or what is the self that feels moved and compassionate for the loss of the 'self's' goals and achievements? Could you please make update videos on this topic in 3 months, 6mnths etc. Seeing how one continues to live in the world after this happens is important. Thank you so much

I understand the feelings you’re describing. I allow myself to feel them, I cry with the rain, I pray to the moon & the stars, & then I walk softly with the sun shining on me. We are meant to feel it all, to take it all in, to empty & then refill, like the continuous rise & fall of waves.
Taking care of your own life force energy requires acceptance of the flow & the will & knowledge to balance it out. Intuition, movement, nature, gratitude for life, & giving to others are all key for balance.

what would you say would be the difference between the idea that our lives only take place in a computer game (or simulacra) and the idea of non duality?
i dont understand whats the problem of having your life end. it's an end. it has no problem.
I know most say everything is real and not real in the sametime i'm disappointed i'm not real and everyone we experience is real because i do think i am real and everything i experience is real to me in my point of view perception take on it i just don't buy don't and don't resonate that everything is an illusion it's not an illusion to me at all the only thing i do agree resonate with that time and death is an illusion we are not actually the body we are beyond and we don't actually know anything it's ok to not know anything that's what i resonate with that's about it that's just me

How do you explain spirits, experiences with multidimensional beings aka ETs, and non-locality? Do you even think about these things? Or do you believe you just do not exist and thus are not capable of thought? I see the dissemination of these dissociative delusions as a form of spiritual abuse.

dear suzanne theresa blue aura that surrounds and goes in and through the body the blue aura is the soul,when the soul awakens the body the soul sends the i am thought down the silver chord which is attached to the heart on the right,the i am thought enters the chest moves to the middle of the chest and rises up into the brain where the ego identifies with the i am thought,this is the soul establishing duality,the raising of the i am thought places the soul in a self imposed perception shell,its like the i am thought hypnotizes the soul ,its the hypnotized soul that is doing the seeking but it has no clue who it is , i read the conversations with god books 1,2 and 3 to find out what the bloody hell is going on here,god is all there is there is nothing but god
