I’m a huge fan of Patrick Ta. With that said, I think he needs to revisit his factory for production/ QC control. The product consistency is unacceptable for that price.

I wouldn’t order any makeup online this time of year. I am in Michigan, and it’s 89 to 95 every single day here. I can’t imagine the heat and humidity that the southern states are dealing with.
The cream of my sugar shade is very soft and almost seems melted and mushy when I touch it. I wasn’t sure if maybe it was supposed to be that way but if the others aren’t like that, then probably not.

I ordered 2 they came great also my fenty yum rum perfect condition I suggest when you order on line order several things so the product doesn’t get thrown around too much

I’ve heard several creators mention the Sugar cream gloppy mess. I ordered Baby & Daddy and both came in perfect shape! I wish there was a little less micro glitter but they’re still gorgeous when applied Patrick’s way ❤
I like the Gucci gloss in a pot and the Chanel in the stick form for the more shiny but not glittery highlight, and I use the Charlotte tilbury Hollywood flawless filter as a highlight on normal days
Ugh I ordered mine from Sephora. If their not shattered to oblivion, I’m going to stick them in the fridge to make sure the balm isn’t gross from the Florida heat
My Honey shade came broken, the rest was ok. But it was poorly packaged with just two weeks bubble wraps for 4 higlters and toouch space in the box for them to move around, hence the broken palettes. It's absolutely ridiculous to charge this much just for items to come broken and very, very late from directly from the brand. Very disappointed.
Those blushes are specifically made to use the powder before the cream so it makes sense it didn’t work if you did went the other way around. Sucks those other two came busted though

Eh that just looks like a bad quality product. You should know that, you’re a makeup artist. If you have to fiddle around a lot with a product to make it work, the fault is not yours it’s a BAD product. There are many other brands that are better than Patrick Ta, for a more reasonable price. I don’t have any of his cosmetics, they’re so overpriced and not worth it at all. Zero innovation, he just copies other brands’ older releases. His client base skews younger so they don’t realize he steals other brands’ creativity.
I’d return the Sugar one - mine did not look like that at all. It has the same consistency as the others.❤

My SUGAR shade also came like a liquid balm or gloss. Not more solid formula like blushes. So unfortunate. Made a mess as I was not expecting it.

Could be from sitting in hot warehouses...trucks.. and being thrown like my FedEx packages that come broken.
