I just got the same lights in the mail yesterday and the led plugs won't fit into the socket where the bulb goes?? I mean they fit but there to small and won't stay locked in? Have the same mirrors as you lol

Ok so this happened to me and a buddy. I have the yitamotor aftermarket mirrors on my 7.3 and so my buddy liked them and wanted to put some on his 6.0 so i sent him a link to the exact one I bought on Amazon and they sent a mirror that looked similar but was slightly different. When he ordered the mirrors he ordered those turn signals as well and they wouldn't fit in his mirrors but they would in my mirrors. Had both of us really confused. We came to the conclusion that aftermarket companies are making mirrors a little smaller or they changed the design recently. We contacted the company and they played it like they didn't know what we were talking about. So you may need to find a new set of mirrors or some used ford ones you can paint.
Flip them upside down, install the driver on pass side, and pass on driver side. They will snap right in. I trimmed one to try to get it to fit before I realized they drop in if you do that.
@@Wayne-py7pd nope. I just forced it in with gorilla glue. Once it held , I used black silicone to seal the edges. Came out perfect. Old ones were shot anyway and are specific to the aftermarket mirrors. So these leds will last probably for as long as I have the truck. Worst case I'll order new mirrors with Leds already in them next time around. But it looks like they came that way after doing what I did.
Facts man. Never have anything good to say about recon. My cab lights are garbage, all leak & not very bright. As well as interior led kit night bright and went out after about 4 months. What’s your instagram brother ?
can we see a video of you going over all the flaws of your truck? we see all the good on everybody’s channel, but nobody ever shows us the small flaws that are hard to see over video. rock chips, dents, small blemishes etc.

I did the same, sanded them a bit and they fit...the finish hasn't held up well at all though, they faded to grey

They do fit the dot letters are upside down
What year are the mirrors you have on your truck? are they OEM? or after market?
Mine are just flashing not going sequential when truck is on

I got those for my 7.3 but it doesn’t have running lights for the mirrors so I have to go back and wire them. At least the blinkers work

I had the same problem with mine I just sanded them down to make them fit.
How much did you sand?
@@xiststeel6571 sanded on both sides 1/8th inch total. They will fit just have to modify them. i used a dremal.
