This not about Leah. This is about Erica. He needed to kick her out immediately when she allowed her friends to take his things. She had no respect for him or his property.
Yes this story has been re told. He should have put his foot down right away, tossed her out when she dismissed him, minimized him and there actually was a reason as to why she was tossed out of her parent's home. Some wines can go for MANY hundreds of thousands of dollars. You don't respect him, his home, his possessions, his boundaries, Yes you WILL be drop kicked out the door.
This guy tolerated way more than I would have. I'd make sure there would never be a second time, the best friend would be banned from my home after the first time she stole the tools. My fiancée would have to cut her off too. "It's no big deal, she was jist borrowing them!" B****, I don't even borrow my dad's tools without asking, and he's one of the only few that I trust in this world (and vice versa).
So if some one is collecting "ANYTHING" and you take it or left some one else take it what do you expect, I would expect them to be arrested.

Interssting in the original post it wss stated her best friend was from high school I think and that Leah was ban from her parents house.
Yep she was baned
Yeah, these new stories are weird. They only tell half the story they never give the full resolution. It’s weird.
Most of these stories have a time limit and a select number of point/counterpoint interaction. They are very rote in their production.
Yeah, I remember this story. Heard it a few times. I also like these dramatizations, but it’s good to have the source material.
Yeah, it was just tools. Just wine just golf clubs just an engagement. Apparently, it was all trivial.
I don't understand why he didn't kick her out with her friend.

I agree. Josh needs to do better in selecting a person.

Leah the leach. Get rid of both of them.
