A reasonable person that knows their rights DOES NOT answer your questions.
Had the audacity and unmitigated gall to tell him to consider this an education session.
I love how calm this guy is during the whole interaction. Kudos to you bro!!! 👏
"Officer do you have reasonable articulable suspicion that I don't have a Drivers license?" "Do you have reasonable articulable suspicion that I don't belong here?" "What is your evidence?" "Officer, besides talking to me, what else have you or your underlings done to further this investigation in to trespass?"
Remaining silent is the most efficient way to make them scram.
Yes; but he did not remain silent.
They HATE it when you won't engage with them and answer questions, because then they know they have nothing they can charge you with. They love it when you start talking, because every word you say is something else they can potentially use to get you in cuffs and behind bars. KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT and you'll walk away free nearly every time.
@@BackwoodsFilms Yup.
I freaked out a PA state trooper once by mostly remaining silent.
The only words I said were "Insurance and registration in glovebox, license in wallet, in left front pocket."
And when he kept trying to yank open my passenger door and telling me to open it. I replied "I'm too fat to reach."
The pro 2A signs and flag on my pickup, my open carrying, along with my silence complete silence when asked questions caused him to call for backup.
He and his two other backups, kept me on the side of the highway for over 1/2 hour.
When I went to court for the traffic ticket (third brake light out). My lawyer told me:
"Your open carrying and not talking, really scared the shit out of this guy." Followed by an approving smirk on his face.
@@ETT64 he had the right, just not the ability 😃
@@ETT64 true but everyone has their style when dealing with cops. They on the other hand are so predictable though .
So far they haven't even Proved that he's Trespassing ???? Then they just suspect he's. Trespassing?????
People are sick and tired of being reasonable with unreasonable situations
You have the right to remain silent, exercising your constitutional right cannot be used as suspicion of a crime.
Petdoctor3:GO SUCK A POTATO BRO
The question is officer, why are you on private property without being called here? 🤔
"A reasonable person would answer those questions."
No. A frightened person would answer those questions.
....And get themselves charged with a stupid none victim crime.
It's so funny that almost every cop in this situation says he/she is just trying to educate the person in the car but the person in the car is so clearly smarter than the cop on the law.
Soon as he said I can't let you leave because I don't know if you have a driver's license that is covered under something called Delaware V Prouse???????
By that managers opinion a "reasonable person" is someone that routinely waives their rights. They want you docile and easily controllable. If you don't use it, you lose it.
They hate it when you know and stand for your rights.
It’s really incredible how hostile they get.
Just unable to connect the dots, it’s so sad they give such incredible powers to NitWits!
The Academy are only learning those Pigs; my Safety nothing Else 🐴🐴🐴
Unbelieveble Law Enforcement without Bodycams, imagine all those years, they were hunting down the public without held responsible 😮 WoW
Everyone knows you have the right to remain silent and not incriminate yourself but those goofy ass officer blatantly tells this guy he has to answer his questions.
Supreme Court has ruled over 100 times last time was in 2015 , you do not need a license to TRAVEL . On the public hiways as long as you are not conducting commerce. , when I say commerce , that means you are not a paid driver . Like a taxi driver a greyhound bus driver , food delivery driver , truck driver .you are in your privately owned consumer good ( aka car ,truck , motorcycle , ecc.) And takeing your private possessions from point a to point be ,you DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A LICENCE . look up the legal definition of driver , it starts off ,,, one EMPLOYED TO , so wish cops and people would learn the laws and there rights
Cop "I understand you're rights and all that"
We the people "But do you respect them"?
That's the real question.
nope. cops don't respect rights nor citizens.
I honestly don't think they have the intellectual capacity to understand 'em!
I wish someone would ask that to a cop and wait for a response 🤣
@@judaegekikamen4223 they’ll just lie like they usually do.
“of course I respect your rights BUT HERE’S THE DEAL” when you hear “here’s the deal” you already know that they’re about to make up a BS lie.
They definitely won't answer that question
@@MrTheHillfolk It's about them. Everything is about them. It's human nature and people need to get honest about that.
Those cops was fishing like crazy! They tried every bait in tackle box and still couldn't catch a fish!!!
No one called and there are no posted signs, and the cops chose to question this citizen when he doesn't want to be questioned and somehow he is the one making things difficult?
A reasonable cop, will not try to violated our rights with bs power.
100% Violating Rights
I like how the supervisor goes "what's that?" each that he gets asked a question that puts him in a corner so he has enough time to come up with hogwash when the man repeats himself lol
I remember being involved in a court case where the actions of police officers were being challenged. When the law was pointed out in court the Judge asked the Senior Officer why they contravened the law. The reply was that "They had always done it that way and saw no reason to change" Nothing else needs to be said. Remember the law is there to be used at their discretion against you.
So, the judge was fine with that answer and just moved on??? 😱
I would have immediately asked the judge if this is a state/country that upholds the rule of law?
The actual reason that you don't have to answer questions is that the burden of proof of guilt is with the officer not the citizen.
Oh yeah, but they always try to flip it and make you prove something.
Remind yourself you have to prove nothing.
You do not have any obligation to help them with their investigation.
Funny how they start by saying that you have the right to remain silent, but then they call you unreasonable for remaining silent.
If I hear "what's that" this many times from a police officer, I may lose my shit. Kudos to this man for keeping his cool, especially when the cop is using "what's that" as time to think of how he can get one over on this man.
The fact that you are in a car gives us the right to ID you. LOL
i don't know if people noticed but the last cop pretty much threatened him when he said said consider this an education session because the next time it's not gonna end up like this.
So according to law enforcement a reasonable person is a person who never asserts their rights.
Yup!! 💯👌
"Education session"...hilarious...i bet the cops' families and friends are so proud of how he handled this mere peasant citizen...
"Reasonable suspicion of any type of criminal activity"? NO! Reasonable suspicion that the detained individual has been involved in a specific crime.
Once again... suspicion is the culprit? Or just half of the answer? Suspicion of doing what? They'll never learn.
It's the logic of a paranoid schizophrenic. They think that they can just make up possibilities regardless of facts and use that. They oh so often conveniently forget "reasonable articulable" and jump straight to suspicion, then go fishing until they can come up with it half way through the stop. Stop first, figure out why later.
Absolutely warped
This guy showed cops how to behave the way courts and lawyers agree! Driver was nice and polite and cops were getting frustrated with low tone because of the 5th! Guy is a patient genius! Cops owned! Excellent educational video! Always record the kOpZ!
Completely owned a couple of tyrants....well done! Thanks Abiyah for all you do....love your channel!
"A reasonable person would answer our questions " is the same as "a reasonable person doesn't understand their rights"
A reasonable person wouldn’t ask “what’s that” after someone asks you questions. You need time to give a response bc your being dishonest

Wow!! Talk about ease dropping and spying on people. That’s what they do instead of catching the bad guys in action.
They almost never catch anyone red handed. American police are a reactionary force. That's why they think that "I got a call 📞 " is good enough for RAS and also why they have an ID fetish. Without phonecalls and warrants the jails would be empty.

One must admire the officers for their tenacity and determination to prove how utterly ignorant they are of even the basics of their job.
Omg, the supervisor is saying he would solicit a trespass if the homeowner was home!
